"Disappointing freezer and fridge freezer"
The under counter freezer is terrible it freezes up at the top and is iced up within a couple of weeks. The frost free fridge freezer is fine but the crisper draw at the bottom gets very wet so needs to be dried every few days . This doesn't help keep vegetables well. Also because of the large crisper draw there is very little room in the door for storage of anything as tall as a wine bottle . Generally the fridge freezer is a good capacity but if you are short the top shelf will be too high to reach . I'm 5ft6ins and struggle.

Incredibly noisy Fridge Freezer. A new fridge freezer and it is so noisy we can hear it with doors closed next door. its just a matter of time till we scrap it and get another brand of fridge freezer.

Liebherr RSDCI1620 60cm Plus Freestanding Undercounter Larder Fridge – STAINLESS STEEL.
This fridge looks great. That’s the only positive thing I can say.
Getting this fridge simply to switch on was a living hell. Registering the purchase with liebherr was like pulling teeth! Setting up the “smart device” app required to use it a total nightmare.
I’m an experienced network administrator and it took 4 hours simply to get it switched on and cold.
The paper documents that come with the fridge are utterly useless. It comes with “objects” that I still can not identify. Even sending pictures to liebherr they don’t know and asked me for part number!
Liebherr online registration is a joke. The coding is appalling. The vocabulary incorrect. It took 20 mins to input a purchase date another 20 mins before it would accept a password. Endless error codes and repeated attempts. Email validation that failed. Too much to list.
I didn’t realise I’d have to dance around my kitchen trying to get a WiFi signal just to switch it on. This is the tip of the iceberg. It’s just too much to list.
If I’d had a sledgehammer in my hands at 4pm today I would have smashed it to bits.

I received emails with the detailed information that I needed. Their responses were always very swift and the person I spoke to on the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give more than 100% I would!

"Unreliable expensive products "
My £1300 integrated freezer stopped working after 3 years. Liebherr deemed it a non repairable fault and offered around £250 towards a new one. The freezer had numerous call outs within the warranty period. If you want a non reliable so called premium freezer which will last 3 years this is your company!

Your offer is below; I’ve declined this as the effective discount is around £250. My freezer has had numerous issues since purchase and this particular fault where it’s now deemed unrepairable was flagged when it was 3 years old.

"Terrible!! Do not waste your money "
Terrible products. Terrible company. Bought a fridge freezer less than a year ago. Fridge doesn’t stay cool. Heats up to 17+ degrees yet shows me that it is at 4 degrees. Have to turn it off and then back on to show correct temperature. Have had an engineer out several times now and yet every time he arrives he writes a report saying nothing is wrong with the appliance and that my child is leaving the fridge open after I specifically told him my child knows she is not allowed to touch the fridge and wouldn’t even attempt to. Can’t even count how many times I was told an engineer would be sent and then no one showed. Customer service is rubbish. Wrote my email incorrectly for the first couple of months. I even checked and spelt it out several times on many different phone calls and they still managed to get it wrong? Customer service advisors are rude and unhelpful. They don’t want to listen to anything you have to say, just want you off the phone as soon as possible. Apparently it is not part of their job to take notes on any contact made so have to repeat myself every time and explain the situation. I have a chronic health condition and young children in the property and they couldn’t care less. Please don’t waste your money on this ridiculous company

"Fantastic service"
I have an old Liebherr fridge freezer, and the door bottle shelf is breaking. After much communication with the extremely helpful and very patient Jane at Liebherr Appliances GB, we have finally been able to find a replacement part, for an old machine - but one that still works perfectly. Jane could not have been nicer and more helpful in our extended communication.
Thank you so much for your efforts in helping to source the part, Jane. Exemplary customer service!!
And the very next day the replacement part arrives and fits perfectly. Fantastic service from Jane and Liebherr!!
