"I was suffering from COVID"

I was suffering from COVID and contacted MDLive hoping to get some medication for my breathing. I was very weak, had lost 16 lbs, did not sleep well because of shortness or breadth and coughing. I wanted something, steroids and inhalant seem to be the typical treatment.. The MDLive doctor, I feel, lacked compassion and only offered cough pearls of which I already had a prescription for. So basically it was waste of time and $55! I ended up going to the Walk-in Clinc and getting the Steroids and inhalant that quickly, greatly improved my breathing and strength!!

The doctors NEVER treat anything I have tried 3 times over the last couple years for easy sinus infection symptoms and ALWAYS have had to go to urgent care after because the "doctors" say it will go away on it's own. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

"They prescribed the wrong medicine"

I called them about a sty in my eye. Super simple to treat but the doctor gave me medicine for pink eye. By Monday (3 days later) my eye is much worse. I called to ask if they could send in a different prescription meant for a sty and I was told I would need to pay to see another doctor. I informed them that it was the wrong medication and I just needed her to send in the correct prescription but she said I need to pay. So frustrating that the doctor made me worse and I have to pay to fix it.
