"Cuba and Mexico trip"

Luke at Eclipse planned a great trip for us around Cuba and Mexico. All the travel arrangements went according to plan, and all the guides were reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. Will happily use Eclipse again.

I was happy with the service of eclipse travel but the real winner was the destination - the Explora Patagonia
I was a little annoyed at having everything online- there is much of South America with no wifi and no telco connection. Yet another password to remember also.

Blake and Tiffany of Eclipse Travel were excellent! I can’t fault the trip that Blake put together for me to Antarctica, Chile and Argentina. His choice of boat, tour operator and hotels was exactly what I dreamed of. Everything went like clockwork. Only one failed hotel pick up that was the individual drivers error. Apparently that happens occasionally in South America but the local operator was onto it immediately. I was not the easiest client but Blake made me feel that nothing was a problem and I never hesitated to request anything or any changes. Brilliant consultant, brilliant agency!

Eclipse Travel consultant, Shae, did a great job of putting together a private tour in Sth America for us. Shae made many changes we requested and helpful suggestions until we had a tour we wanted. All flights, there were 7 in total, went as planned, except for a late departure from Melbourne which meant that we missed a connection in Santiago, but the airline supplied us with accommodation and dinner before getting us to Buenos-Aires early next day.
From there on all our transfers, private tour guides, hotel accommodation, which were all centrally located, etc went like clockwork and all were first class.
We had 3 nights in Buenos-Aires, 2 nights Iguazu Falls and 3 nights in Rio de Janeiro before travelling to Santiago to connect with a cruise. At every destination there was a driver with a board with our name to take us to our hotel and with details regarding our tours etc.
We have no hesitation in recommending Eclipse Travel and would definitely use their services again.

Mauricio was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, attentive and responsive, and detailed. He always answered every question I had, and put together the perfect itinerary for us based on all our wants and needs. Not one detail passed by him.

We had gone independently on an Antarctica Expedition first, and then Eclipse Travel built our itinerary around that. The logistics were flawless (other than mentioned below), the drivers were professional and courteous, and the selected vendors were great. We especially enjoyed staying at Eco Camp and would have enjoyed one more day there. Three days just wasn't enough! We got to know the staff, and other travelers as well. A fun time.

The only difficulty I had was the time difference between the US and Australia, so most of our dealings were via e-mail. I would have liked more one-on-one conversations. But this was impossible given the circumstances. Given Mauricio was so attentive and quick to respond, we didn't have any problems.

One thing I would have liked would have been more precision in the specified pickup times from hotels. We ended having to get up early and then had to wait way too long for the driver to show up. For example, our written instructions said pickup time would be 7:00, and they wouldn't show up until 8. For people who need their sleep on an active vacation, this was difficult for us.

All in all, a fantastic well-planned and executed trip. Thank you, Mauricio!

Went on a fully customized 23 day South America (Peru, Bolivia, Chile) trip with Eclipse travel and would do it again. Great value for money, strong local partners, highly knowledgeable with solid advice, and honest and timely service. We prioritized comfortable accomodations, safety, and a mix of guided tours with private time on our own. The trip was everything we hoped for and more.
