Not with standing The issues we had our first three flights which of course would be on the control of Ecplise we had an excellent trip. Accommodation mostly three star was clean comfortable and all provided good breakfast The guides were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a very enjoyable trip thank you

The last hotel was a little run down a certainly not worth the 5 star rating and price so would have been great to have some real advice on that before booking as they do pride themselves on knowing what to expect when on your trip. Otherwise it was a good service.

We had requested Eclipse to organise a very complex and busy program. I am amazed that it went through completely problem free. Timing perfect, excellent tour leaders and support staff, all accomodation excellent but remarkable (best in a long travel life) hotel in Cuzco.

And very good advice before we started active planning that we wanted to do too much...we could never have done our original plan.

Everything that they organised ran smoothly. Guides were good to excellent. All except one of the pickups from airports were on time.
Vehicles were in good condition. Drivers were good and careful.
Tours were interesting and were somewhat flexible as we had private guides.
