"The best holiday with Eclipse travel ."

We had a wonderful holiday .Eclipse were fantastic .met us at airports ,took us to our hotel accommodation .Came back following day for tour .Every guide we had were english speaking ,lovely people .
Hotels were good ,some better than others .
Alex the guide in Cusco ,went out of his way to help us .We left a bag behind and he organised to have the bag sent to Puno the following day on a bus .
The whole holiday ,FANTASTIC !

"First time visit to Chile & Peru"

We really enjoyed our 10 day trip, covering Santiago, Valparaiso, Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu.

All pick ups/transfers were on time. All our guides and drivers were very friendly and guides spoke excellent English. They were very good with kids. (a big bonus as I travelled with my 8 year old son)

I was recommended some time back to use Eclipse travel, we have used them to book a couple of holidays and business trips and wouldn't use anyone else now. They listen to our requirements and make valid recommendations on what our options are, they are price competitive and the support we have received is excellent. The organisation of our 2 -week trip to Peru, by Matt, was superb; a customised tour for my husband and myself.Everything meshed together seamlessly. The flights, transfers, accommodation and tours were great. The guides and drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and went out of their way to look after us, and when I had altitude sickness in Cuzco, our guide organised medical care promptly which enabled me to recover and keep travelling.

"Excellent 20 days trip to South America"

Well organized and planned trip by Eclipse Travel. We have been picked up from the Airport by the representative and transferred to hotels and to the Airport without any hassle at Santiago, Rio de Janerio, Foz do Iguazu, Buenos Aires and Lima. Most of our guide were privately looking after us and they are very puncture and we'll understand about the local history. We are very happy and thank you

The guides in most places were magnificently dependable and impressively knowledgeable. I would highly recommend most tours. One tour of Sacred Valley was chaotic and guide was not dependable and kept group waiting on two occasions with risk of missing train to Machu Pichu. Her name was Aidi I believe. All other tours were perfectly enjoyable and well organised. Transfers in Peru and chile were seamless with drivers waiting at airport on arrival.

"Trip to Cuba"

The trip was very well organized at the Australian end and from Cuba. The driver and car were excellent. The guide not only showed us the country and sites but gave us the historical background and answered our thousands of questions as best he could. He went out of his way to help us find things and places we were interested in.
The accommodation was great. I would recommend people have some Spanish when using Cada Particulares as we would have learnt a lotmore had we been able to converse with the hosts.
We were really interested in the music and dance so if I were to go again I would factor that more into the holiday rather than relying on finding it when you get there.
Only slight problem occurred when the plane back to Havana landed at a different terminal. No one knew about it and we did not have a local phone to be able to do anything, resulting in us having to find our own taxi.

From my initial phone call the attention to detail and response to our at times trivial questions were responded to with an empathy that I appreciated.
We were provided with options at every stage and we were able to fine tune the trip to suit our taste.
Tiffany ,our consultant was very efficient and professional.
Of course, the true evaluation of any detailed excursion overseas is how the itinerary unfolds and are our expectations met in the everyday hustle bustle of airports, hotels and guides.
Eclipse have from our 21 day experience excelled as far as our South America holiday occurred on a daily basis.
We were a couple in our early 6o's who are active. The accommodation was as we expected but the service levels excelled and at all stages we felt that if we needed to seek assistance in all of the destinations there would be a prompt response. As an example we were unable to catch our plane from Iguazu due to the airport being closed to fog. The group providing our travel experience excelled in assisting us with rebooking, flights, overnight accommodation, transport to our new hotel and pick up the next day for our new flight. There was no expectation that we should pay extra and in fact the young lady assisting us would not accept a tip that we offered. Wow what service.
