What an incredible company. We had a broken retractable hose pipe which was out of guarantee. The customer service ladies that dealt with our concerns were fantastic. They replaced the unit free of charge. We were so impressed with the service they and the company gave us.

Really bad service from the Chat Line. In the end they didn't bother to get back to me and just left me hanging. I sent an email and eventually Ebony told me which Hose Cart to buy for my Ultimate Hose. This was after another agent told me Hozelock couldn't help with a Hose Cart.

Had an autoreel hose that broke so emailed hozelock support about repairing it.
Didn’t have a receipt or could I remember when or where I got it from but a replacement was sent out to me.
Can’t beat that sort of customer care.

I’ve had many hosepipes over the years but I have to say this one is the best, it’s not the cheapest but good quality always costs more, it had a 15 year warranty too. I was sceptical about the warranty but having had the hosepipe over a year it developed a leak, I contacted Hozelock and sent photos for them to see. They dispatched a new one within five days which is great customer service, I would definitely buy any of their products as they are top quality.

Great customer service. I recently reported a leak with a Multi spray gun pro and provided photos of what appears to be an internal crack on the body. No problem from Hozelock who readily replaced the item with an upgraded item. My sincere thanks to Ebony and the team at Hozelock.

In this day and age I cannot believe the service from hoselock .From the day I reported the problem with my fastcart to the day a ñew one was sent was approx 2 weeks
