Polite helpful staff issue resolved replacement super hose due within 5 days great service

Genivieve made this rating possible, would have been 5 stars but for Sean, he delt with my issues originally & gave me advice to make sure that the reel was broken, however the next email he sent was to go to hozelock guarantee claims , which took me to zendesk again, but after contacting Genevieve at zendesk she found the my emails from Sean & as sorted everything. 5 stars to her.

I can not speak to highly of the customer service at hoselock. My concern was looked after from the initial contact through to final resolution.
Would highly recommend this company.
