I purchased a Hozelock autoreel online and after a few months use the reel developed a fault. I contacted Hozelock to raise the issue and long story short - I received a replacement reel and hose under guarantee. I was in correspondence with Genevieve and Grazyna and I can thoroughly compliment both, on the level of Customer Service I received. Well done and many thanks.

The speed of the acceptance of my guarantee claim and the replacement of my damaged hose reel. Also I was on holiday when the replacement was due to arrive and Hozelock rearranged the delivery to arrive the day after I returned home, which it did. Excellent service from Hozelock - absolutely brilliant!

"Great company and customer service"
I contacted Hozelock as I had a problem with my wall mounted hose and hoped they would advise me how to repair it. They responded immediately with suggestions but unfortunately none solved the issue. Without me requesting it, they immediately sent a new replacement. I can't remember when I've experienced such superb customer service and am always happy with their products. An excellent company who I have no hesitation in recommending.

"Hozelock spray gun stopped working"
Hozelock spray gun stopped working. Purchased from Amazon just over a year ago and warranty had expired. Contacted Hozelock Customer Services, spoke to Olivia, who was fantastic, and a new spray gun is on its way. Can’t say how impressed I was with how this was handled. Well deserved 5 star rating. Thank you.
