I contacted Hozelock to raise the issue and long story short - I received a replacement reel and hose under guarantee. I contacted Hozelock as I had a problem with my wall mounted hose and hoped they would advise me how to repair it. They responded immediately with suggestions but unfortunately none solved the issue. Without me requesting it, they immediately sent a new replacement. I can't remember when I've experienced such superb customer service and am always happy with their products. Hozelock spray gun stopped working. Purchased from Amazon just over a year ago and warranty had expired. Contacted Hozelock Customer Services, spoke to Olivia, who was fantastic, and a new spray gun is on its way. Can’t say how impressed I was with how this was handled. Well deserved 5 star rating.
