My Hozelock 'SuperHoze' developed a leak at one of the connectors. I contacted Olivia at Hozelock who was very helpful and gave us a replacement.

"Hozelock Hose Reel Replacement"

The auto-return on my Hozelock hose reel packed up. I checked the Amazon receipt and noted it was purchased just under 2 years ago. I contacted customer services who requested a photo as proof and then they sent me a replacement.
No problems.

I have used Hozelock products trouble free for many years I have currently a 20mm auto reel in garage and a 40mm auto reel in garden which after 2 years developed a leak in base unit, contacted Hozelock dealt with Olivia and with no hassle had a replacement auto reel within days,Quality products quality service highly recommended.

"Spare parts unavailability"

The lance on my 12L knapsack sprayer split at the upper thread. The sprayer was out of warranty. I looked online for a spare and the part (part 5) was not listed. On ringing Hozelock I was told that they did have one spare left. On paying over the phone I waited for the part to arrive - it didn’t. Eventually I was contacted by phone and told that the part was not available after all, but they could send me a part that would allow me to use my (expensive) sprayer. I was also told that they would send me two of these spare parts to recognise the inconvenience I had endured.
The two spare parts arrived and the thread was incorrect so would not fit.
I was told that I could keep the parts (which would be useable when I eventually received a replacement lance), and that they would look into another solution.
A few days later I was contacted again. This time I was informed that there was no alternative solution to replacement of the broken lance. There was no information on how long it would be for Hozelock to get the spare part in. I was informed I couldn’t place a back order. They would therefore give me a refund, but now they wanted back the two spare parts they had sent, the parts they said I could have as a gesture of goodwill, before making the refund.
After receiving a re-posting label I sent the parts back and did, indeed, receive a refund.
I am no further forward than I was in the Summer, but now have been told that Hozelock have no idea when the replacement part will arrive. In addition I have been told that I have to keep checking in to see when the part is available. How many others are also waiting? Do they know? How many should they have on their back order? Is it a part that is prone to failure hence the unavailability?
I can say one positive - Hozelock are relatively easy to contact, but availability of spares is preventing them from fulfilling their support role through customer services.

Contacted the company when super hose burst and new hose sent out as replacement with no issues after photos of damage and receipt sent. Many thanks to Olivia for speedy action.

Unfortunately I experienced a a burst Superhose expanding hose from Hoselock. Initially made contact with customer service as I’d only had the hose for 18 months and expected more from a premium brand. A few simple details exchanged and today I’ve received a free of charge replacement - well done hoselock
