My 40m hose refused to rewind. I emailed customer services and received an immediate response from Sean offering me a few quick fix tips. However, unfortunately none of these worked. Sean ensured that a new replacement reel was sent out immediately which now resides in pride of place on my garden wall. Thank you Hozelock!

Auto Reel stopped auto reeling, and following on from sending a copy of receipt and a short video, the Auto Reel replacement is on it’s way, apparently. Great service!

My 40m hose reel has been a game changer in the garden and for washing cars etc. It was a gift which, for some reason, suddenly refused to rewind. I emailed customer services and received an immediate response from Sean offering me a few quick fix tips. However, unfortunately none of these worked. The reel was coming up to 5 years old so Sean advised me to try and get a receipt as it was still just under guarantee. Luckily I was able to forward this and show proof of the disabled reel. Sean ensured that a new replacement reel was sent out immediately which now resides in pride of place on my garden wall. Thank you Hozelock!

Your response says you have now satisfied the requirements of CST thus have closed this appropriately. You haven't satisfied anything. Your quality manager accused me of sending correspondence not rooted in fact ie accused me of being a liar. I have responded with photos showing that the screws provided were very different to those supplied. You have not replied. Your quality manager obviously can't tell the difference between 32 and 50 mm screws and hasn't the courage let alone the professionalism to deal with this property. Just remember you deliberately ignored emails saying there was a problem with the fixings for weeks. How is the product recall going?
