Had a problem after changing my internet provider and contacted myenergi who got back to me very quickly and with toms help he diagnosed a fault with my hub . As it was still in warranty Sara sent out a replacement hub the next day . Both myenergi staff were excellent in solving my problems, thank you Tom and Sara .

Was having problems connecting new Zappi 2 to internet. Good initial correspondence and then Tom phoned to go through it with me. He was very polite and good and we managed to connect without a problem. Thanks once again Tom for you patience.

I have a full MyEnergi set up with 5KW inverter, 10kw Libbi, Zappi, and Eddi.
I had a fault with my inverter suddenly not charging my Libbi at the correct rate. I checked the firmware release and found it needed updating but this did not resolve the issue. Spoke to Jack on the triage team who was very helpful and after reviewing my issue escalated to the technical support team.
Akrum came back very quickly and helped me through some update processes. After following his clear instructions the inverter was still charging below the expected rate and Akrum then did a remote reboot to improve the operation of the heat foils.
This has now sorted the issue.
Overall the response from the support team was excellent.

Quickly replaced the unit and instigated a warranty engineer to install. Technical department were easily connected to resolve software issues. Top marks well done!

I have always found Myenergi responsive when I have had an issue and the tech team have been able to help and or guide me through what to do.
The system works extremely well, I have a full Myenergi system, Zappi for our car, Eddi for heating water and a Libbi for our 10KW/hr battery storage and 4KW/hr Solar Panels. The only time we have had issues is when the internet fails. Boiler fault tripper the breaker this time.
