"Damaged products "

We purchased 20 cetirizine bottles. Only 3 were intact. No-one replies to emails. 17 bottles cannot be used to damage and broken seal. This breaches medicine tamper regulations. I am yet to receive a refund or acknowledgment.

I would not use this company again. They appear to have no regard for safety and in particular this relates to medicine for children.

Weldrichs Pharmacy is partnered up with zoom doc. They’re doing a fabulous job because the webpage was easy to navigate, and the turnaround time was unparalleled. They got back to me with a letter in 30 minutes! You can’t find anything like this at your local GP even though they charge the same.

The customer service team are also great. I accidentally placed my order twice so the team at zoom doc immediately helped me process a refund. I would highly recommend this website for anyone needing 3rd party verification of medical circumstances.

Further to previous correspondence, and Weldrick's assurances that the efficacy of the processes would be satisfactorily addressed, I , unfortunately, have to advise that nothing has changed.
I received notification on Friday, 29 November 2024, by text and email, that my prescription was ready for collection.
On Monday 2 December 2024, I visited the pharmacy, early afternoon, to collect the prescription, only to find it needed to be "checked".
Clearly the items had only been collected together that day.
I waited for over 30 minutes before I complained, and I did discuss the matter with the Manager.

If I receive a message that a prescription is "ready for collection", I assume I can walk in the pharmacy, identify myself, and the package is handed over.
The whole ethos of using the app is to obviate unnecessary wasted time and visits to the pharmacy. I am not even complaining about the length of time from order to collection, or that I have to make a specific trip to collect the package.

It would seem to me that the fundamental problem is allowing the app to dominate events.
The app clearly sends out a message based on elapsed time, rather than factual achievements.
It would make far more sense for the Branch staff to advise when a prescription was ready for collection, rather than not so artificial intelligence.
I am not blaming the Branch staff in any way, as the message system being used is outside of their control, and it is unfortunate if they consider I am venting my anger and frustration on them as individuals, which is far from the truth.

I have raised the matter for the FOURTH time with customer services, and they do not have the common courtesy to acknowledge receipt, let alone reply.
