"Saved the day for me and my dog"

I usually get my dog's medication from this company. I can't praise them highly enough they are reliable and always very helpful and polite over the telephone.
There had been confusion as the vet now provides Weldricks with the prescription and I was getting very low on his essential medication (Weldricks is also one of the few companies that stock the medication) The staff did all they could so that I did not run out and always contacted me when they said they would.

I was anxious to get my order quickly as I needed pain relief and live 20 minutes by car from the nearest chemist.
I was really pleased my order came so quickly with a personal postcard enclosed.
Lovely to help a family business and will place all my orders with Weldricks in future.

Having used the app to order and send messages to the pharmacy which is situated in the Maltby hub , Braithwell rd ..the app was initially very good , quick response and took about 48hrs to order and receive medication.
The app now is not fit for purpose it takes about 9 days from ordering to receiving medication… despite messages sent to ask if they could be dispensed asap due to now not having any meds.( the response was a like a child being told off ! Very condescending) This is not the first time .. having spoke to others it’s a regular occurrence.
I understand how short staff they are and very busy .
But having addressed this politely with the staff , their response was the app isn’t always manned and yes order the medication 10 days in advance ! . They weren’t interested at all .
This service made me seek another pharmacy on line which I registered with , they contacted me to order which was done so easily (I’m a technophobe) and I received my meds within 48hrs .. stress free.. wish I’d done this months ago .

I have been using Weldricks for a few years and have always received excellent customer service from them. Their prices are very reasonable too. I have discovered MooGoo products thanks to them. I am a very happy customer.

They cancel your order and don’t tell you why.
When you email them they tell you that they have cancelled your order and you should contact your doctor for a prescription. But my doctor says the NHS does not prescribe over the counter Peptac! That’s fine but now this pharmacy says I can’t have it despite ordering from them for 5 years. I also order cocodamol every month because of migraines as well as anti sickness medication and travel sickness meds - again after 5 years of ordering this they are now refusing my order. They even refused my husbands order which the pharmacy says ‘is the same household’.
I have agoraphobia (can’t leave the house) and my husband works away most of the time so I have no one of age to go to the local pharmacy for me! What am I going to do now? I can’t believe that after 5 years of being a customer to them that they are now treating me like this! No proper explanation just a cut and paste explanation. I have asked why? But they have just said that I have to see my GP. My GP or fully aware of the medication I take and he has no problems with it. I phoned up to complain only to be told to submit a complaint via email. The Branch Pharmacist would not speak to me. I have emailed a Formal Complaint with questions. I doubt they will be answered. Looks like I will be looking for another online chemist. What a shame.

Always plenty of very pleasent staff but sadly the level of inefficiency is unbelievable. Either they can’t find the items, they are not in stock or there is confusion as to where it has been put. Typical example today, left a prescription at 10am in the morning and at 3pm nobody seems to know a thing about it.

Once again great service . I ordered my dogs tablets online . Weldricks were do good letting me know how my order was progressing . The tablets were delivered securely by DPD by a pin being sent to me to give to the driver . Great service
