"Too slow and inconsiderate"

Too slow and inconsiderate. Ive been to many Weldricks Pharmacies where there's 6 staff working, only 1 serving, and now the only qualified prescription sign off Pharmacist working leaves massive queues to nip off and do flu jabs.

Found another Pharmacy that believes in serving their customers swiftly, and not permitting thie only qualified pharmacist to wonder off to give flu jabs in the middle of 15 people queues when there are urgent cases awaiting their medication.

The flu jabs weren't even appointments as the pharmacy was openly offering them to customers just buying from the shelves, promoting the massive queues to get even longer.

Excellent. Ordered a bottle of cream but received lotion instead. A quick email and 2 days later a new bottle of the correct cream arrived and i was told i could keep the lotion too. Will def use again for future purchases. Thank you for such great customer service. It's rare these days to receive it.

The customer service at Weldricks Pharmacy is second to none. Nothing is too much for the team. They are always courteous, polite and importantly very kind. Their prices are amongst the most competitive in the market - For the medicine I needed for my dog Lincoln, the vets wanted £200 a bottle, other pharmacies quoted £80 a bottle and Weldricks charged £32 and delivered 2 bottles FOC.
Sadly Lincoln passed away recently and on contacting Weldricks regarding a recent order, they immediately cancelled it and gave me a full refund. The lady on the phone was so kind a understanding.
