As I am not good with IT the staff at Weldrick took me through the whole process of ordering and paying for a pet prescription for our dog. Very straight forward and feel comfortable to continue with them.

Placed an order on 23/10 having used this company for 2 years, and the price had increased significantly two days prior. I spoke with Joanne who advised the cost of cardisure for my dog, had increased from 82p to £1.08 per tablet making the monthly cost jump from £48 to £64.80. I cannot afford this so will have to look elsewhere which is a shame as I have used this company for 2 years and have recommended them many times.


EDIT: I was contacted by the company quickly and they said there was an issue with the price. They have reevaluated it so I am happy with their response

5stars all round for Weldricks the parade in Armthorpe. In particular Kirsty, this place is always busy, the staff rushed off their feet. Kirsty is just so absolutely lovely, sympathetic when she needs to be, or just an absolute breath of fresh air when you need it. She always has a smile, she is bright and bubbly, she can't do enough for you. I have had issues over the last year or so with medications, she has gone out of her way to sort them, without making me feel like an inconvenience. You generally don't go into a chemist for positive reasons, but I almost always leave with a smile. Kirsty is an Absolute asset to the business.

Efficient service. However, my dog's prescription has gone up over £12 a month, now one of the more expensive places to buy reconcile. I am looking to buy elsewhere.

EDIT: I was contacted the day after this review was made to say there was an issue with the pricing. It has increased, but not as much. I am very impressed with the communication here and will re-evaluate the pricing before placing my order.

0808 164 3211 asked me to send a photo of the delivery after it was sent to her I was promised that the next day I would receive the missing nine since then to now more than a week!!! Please if you are not able to send the rest of the missing shipment let me know or refund the amount paid to my account!! I hope someone will consider my complaint!
