Order not delivered in time , paid for extra delivery charge to be with me in 2- 3 days because of decorator booked in . Very disappointing. Thought this company was UK based because of UK website address didn't realise it was based in Sweden wouldn't have ordered if that was clear, no contact phone number or contact email address all contacts from website and Instagram links don't work!

Good communication from placing the order to information re: delivery. Wasn’t delivered to home address, possibly because I ticked a ‘wrong box’. Pleased with the wallpaper & would use Wallpassion again

Wallpaper was as we ordered it. The delivery is the issue. It was not clear at all that the cheaper delivery option was to a pick up point not to our address. The delivery address showed as ours but then in another email above it says to pick up point but not clear. The pick up point was on a main road and no parking so picking up wallpaper and having to carry it to the car is not good. Also tracking was not live tracking so we didn't know when it had arrived and also who the courier was - info the pick up point wanted.
