Very efficient and got the job done. There were a few problems my end with the upload of documents and it was difficult to finally get to talk to someone to explain the problem and find a solution, but that was my IT problems. A document to explain the whole process at the start would have been helpful - a kind of roadmap, what each step was going to be, why it was important and what was expected as a customer - after all we don't do this many times. But all round quick and efficient service with a very comprehensive IT portal to support the process.

Quite a lengthy process with fees I was not expecting , had to post documentation as didn’t accept the electronic versions !
The messaging very helpful and quite prompt
