"incomplete Sassoon Magic Off order... USELESS!"
I ordered the Sassoon Magic Off to prelighten my hair and only part B arrived. They didn't include part A which is supposed to be mixed in with part A and only then does the treatment/process work.
Customer services has been absolutely terrible, providing me with no help or solution. The easy solution would have been to apologise for an incomplete order and send out part A but no, the person dealing w me doesn't care and hasn't offered any help.
I'd NEVER buy from this company again.

Purchased items to about £100 12 days ago. I needed items for an event which has now been and gone. Supposedly with Yodel 10 days ago but they can't seem to 'find my house'. The only company who struggles to deliver to me. I contact company to say their courier still hasn't provided my belonging (yodel has twice stolen things from me) and haven't had a response from them, or a refund as requested. So fed up with the lack of customer service in the world. If I didn't do my job right I would get sacked.
