Contacted customer service and was told that they would issue me a refund, which should get to me within 5 days, it’s been over 2 weeks now and I still have not received my refund.

Contacted customer service again and now they have stopped responding to my emails.

Website say order before 9pm for same day dispatch, ordered from salon success 5 minutes later on the Wednesday and got it Thursday afternoon.
