"Yodel left my parcel behind a plant…"

Yodel left my parcel behind a plant pot. Despite they are investigating and numerous emails. They have said it’s been left outside my property. I have still not received the hairdryer as it’s a present for my daughter’s birthday. They still don’t understand I have not received the goods. Disappointing service.

Misleading, not very helpful, had I known this company was based in NL would never have placed an order. 5 weeks on, still waiting for my order. Requested a refund but keep fobbing me off that its DPD delay issues. Rubbish customer service, they do not listen to the customer. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Received product in good condition and within 5 or so days after ordering. Was also surprised it came from Netherlands, which was fine for me, but if someone needed to return a product, could be an issue for them. Overall pleased with experience

"Misleading website, genuine items but coming from Netherlands not UK"

The company is based in Netherlands, it’s misleading as the website is UK and it says delivery only takes a few days. It’s not a massive issue but it should be much clearer on the delivery section that the item is coming from overseas so they may be a delay.

On the plus side my item did arrive within 2 weeks in good condition, it was a good price but after I’d paid extra for postage I might as well have ordered it from the UK for the same price.
