Whenever I have a problem using the payroll system or have a new payment to set up, the Mitrefinch support team are very efficient in sending a reply and easy to follow instructions, with screen shots, on how to do it.
The online process to create a 'ticket' for a query seems to work much better than waiting for an advisor to call you back.
Often, with payroll, a response is needed pretty urgently, especially if a payday deadline is looming. Mitrefinch seem to understand this and respond quickly.

No stars. Disgusting company. Do not go near. Been with them for 30 years then 25 percent increase. No response to complaints after 14 days!

Mitre Finch over promise and under deliver it took over a year for our HR system to function. Poor communication , ever changing account manager and hidden charges.
We have had a very poor experience.
