New user to Flexipay had difficulty emailing payslips, my call details were recorded very quickly and I was able to see a resolution date.
Contacted the following day to chase, passed to a experienced member of support who after checking our systems was able to help and resolve our issue stayed on the line to ensure the process was working.
Overall, very impressed with the service.
