Had two protectors fitted and one of them soon developed a fault.
When we went back the obnoxious man told us we had to pay to change it.
When I questioned this he told us to leave the store and we had “no statutory rights” and then called security.
No warranty and no statutory rights when you shop here.

Took my phone in Samsung S22 Ultra for a repair I was told it would cost 350 too expensive so I took it back to the manufacturer and fixed it for 200 how can you be charging more than the actual phone company themselves

Was going to leave a negative review as I had asked for an order to be cancelled and money refunded 5 days ago and it had not been done. Turns out I was emailing the wrong email, when I emailed the right one processed within 30 mins. Can't say fairer than that.

"Terrible customer service. Do not use."

I received a very poor customer service in central London (TCR). I bought a screen for £79 and the manager ordered a more expensive screen without telling me there was an increased price of £109. I spoke to the area manager and he blamed me saying it was the customers responsibility to continually ask what the price was. He was arrogant rude and defensive but after what can only be described as a battle he agreed to £10 off (I already had a voucher code which everyone gets by email which he used to justify not doing any more). I used the customer care email. They asked me to set out the complaint (so I knew it was the correct email address). I wrote a long email complaining about the manager. They ignored me. I also asked for their help on outstanding issues with my phone as I received concerning messages about the screen not being genuine and they ignored me. I chased them. They still ignored me. To be fair, the area manager had admitted to me that any email to customer service would just go to him but I made clear in my email I wanted it to be escalated beyond him. He must be the highest you can access so if you have any complaint about him, then tough. He will block it. So customer care ignored that and I have a phone that doesn’t have a genuine part and when I tap on the screen it doesn’t work since using their screen but they’re refusing to reply even though I was told there was a manufacturing guarantee of a year. A shyster company - steer clear!
