"Worst service ever"
Worst service ever. Please do not book your tickets via them even if its the last option available. There is no way to reach them. The number dont work most of the times, even if they do you'll wait endlessly for hours. And if you email/fill form they will never respond.

Been trying to contact them now for over two weeks to make an amendment to my booking. No luck whats so ever. They do not pick up the phone and if they do its the wrong department. They then try and tell you to contact the airline direct as all their logins have been blocked. The airline says that they cannot amend due to the Trade Licence signed by Omega? What is happening??

So I booked a Flight on or around mid August.
I’ve sent 3 online requests to have a member of Omega ring or email me with some information.
I’ve spent hours on hold and to this moment I’ve still had no reply....
No very happy to say the least and with only around 6 weeks before I fly I’ve still no Etickets or had my Questions answered!!
What adds insult to injury is the fact that while your on hold for hours, these Clowns profess to say your call is important to them..
Or better Still...
Our service is second to none... who are they trying to kid??

At one point I was going to Upgrade to Business but I won’t bother now
Omega flight store ... I wouldn’t/won’t use them again and I must warn others no to bother, there’s much better services out there, who actually do care!!

If this company has been gone bust why is this they still operating and selling. This company name should be published in the big news paper to inform all other people to avoid booking any holiday or flights.
They are not refunding our money or answer any telephone or response to email. Now we should get legal advice.

I've used this company many times and until recently they were great, I believe they have gone into administration and advise anyone that have booked flights through this company to contact the airline directly, for most people this should solve your problem, I had an email saying my return flight had been cancelled and that I needed to arrange a new return flight and to contact Omega, like everyone else I was unable to get through by phone or email, but after contacting the airline directly I was able to sort everything out.
I hope this is of help to people and wish everyone good luck, please try to contact the airline directly

"Very poor service"
Very poor service, kept me waiting for over 30 minutes playing the same self aggrandising repetititive and wearisome phrases.
Clearly their manager needs to sit listen and see it from the other end.
One of the poorest recording loops ,it does not give you a position in the queue and treats customers very poorly.
I will hold my breath if they call me back with a reply to my email.

They got their license suspended, ask the airline directly to help you with any request by telling them that and they should be able to assist. Worked for me.

Booked a flight with them to Dubai with BA been trying for 2 weeks to contact them to change some details by, phone, email. Get out on hold for 40mins then get hung up on. How can I contact this company???

I would have given them 0 if there is one available. I needed to speak to an advisor regarding my flight booking. The number provided in the confirmation does not exit. I called premium number which was provided in the ticket. I was put on hold for more than an hour but eventually I had to give up. I mailed and filled the contact form twice as URGENT.
You will find it easy to give away your money at the booking time. But when you need to speak to them none of the phone are working. I wonder if this company really exit in the address as they says

"non-existent customer support"
received an email telling me the details for my flight had changed and that I needed to contact them immediately.
Called multiple numbers repeatedly, and they either hung up, cut out, or rang out. Their online customer support to ask for support, does not respond (e..g i've put a call in a month ago and still hasn't been answered, despite them stating they have a 48 hour turnaround time).
I've been trying to contact someone about the details on my booking since i made the booking and again, all phone numbers are invalid or ring out / cut off, the emails are never responded to, and logging a call online does not even get answered.
