"Duplicate payment"

Booked a return flight with Omega to the Isle of Man which was fine.
Having checked my bank account when I returned, I found that I had paid twice for the flight. Having Called Omega three times and emailed them twice, I have had no response, despite a promise that a manager would call me back to tell me what was going on.
My issue at the moment is not the double payment but the fact that no one has come back to me to tell me what is going on and that it will be resolved.
My advice is check your account after booking.

20.07.18 Can now confirm that duplicate payment has been refunded.
Apparently I may have accidentally paid twice.

I made a mistake on my flight booking and called back to rectify it and even though I had to pay a fee for the tickets to be voided, I received a very good customer service from a lovely lady called Sana.

It was easy to find out what was included (example baggage allowance ) in the price before completing the booking process.

Slight issue with payment option as there were 2, thankfully one worked! Other than this it was very pleasant and very easy to book my flight. Confirmation and eticket came very quickly. Emirates confirmed soon after that. Very good service.

I tried to provide positive criticism and complain that there is no facility for on-line check-in, I sent a copy of my confirmation email ticket, no one replied to my email
easy to fix, sadly, just shows a lack of customer care
now they are asking for all my details again that I already sent.
They obviously don't value my time

"Great Job Maria"

I think she is the only person who knows how to probe and ask the right questions !
I have called several times and many agents either used ti keep the calls on long holds or just say that they cant find the booking number or they would be very rude !

But Maria was the only person who could find the booking with in seconds.
I am not sure why the other agents were not able to find or they did not know the ways to find!

Any ways thanks to maria for helping me out and providing me the information I wanted quickly.

It was very easy to get help from customer service. I was worried when flight cancelled by airline but omega customer service go beyond and help me with alternate flight arrangement. Very happy customer
