"customer care is atrocious"
customer care is atrocious. I mistakenly booked a flight for the wrong time. Instead of having a 24- cancellation policy like most airline services, they only do same day cancellation. Funny thing is that past 5PM, no one is available to speak so even if you know you need to cancel, they do not allow you to do so and then you're the consumer penalised financially. Rubbish. Never again.

Have used this company the last 2 years and before that without any issues ,have tried over the last 3 days on 11 occasions to book flights and been declined every time after payment process.Tried phoning contact number of the 4 different locations took me an hour to get someone who was absolute useless and put me on hold for a few minutes when I wanted to talk to someone else.Used the contact info page to then get a response 2 days later basically saying the flights weren't available anymore !!!!but I have tried over the 3 day period to book and still the same flights are there to get declined everytime ,have since emailed again and have no response to my complaint ,very poor customer service ,I work in a service background and as others have said if I had treated my customers like them I would be out of a job ,also have noticed on here they seem to answer the reviews quite quick tho funny that !!!Would like to see if I get a response from omega on here ?
Got an update from omega funnily they could book the flights i originally wanted but wanted another £150 more than my original booking ,so much for no seats available !!,i did hope for a resolution on this but again they weren't really willing to deal with a loyal customer who had booked quite a few times with them would be interested to see what trading standards would make of my case

i have emailed the company many times as the flight i booked was advertised as a plus booking which included luggage allowance and able to pre book a seat, but when my confirmation came through it only shows a basic flight with no extra's added, i emailed them straight away on the same day explaining this is not what i have booked as i am travelling at the end of the month to try and sort this out, and i have had no response from them what so ever, i am fed up with being ignored . not very good customer service, if i had treated my customers like this i would have lost my job.

I booked a flight with them. I then received an email around 10pm asking for proof of ID within 3hrs. I scrabbled around at night to send this to them. In the morning i got an email saying that my order has been declined as I didnt provide the proof of ID. I called up and explained that I had and they just said its too late - its been cancelled. And they took the money out of my account. Awful awful company! Noticed alot of flights listed which they dont actually have. When you click on buy, says no longer available. Waste of time!
