"i want to ask something to Omega"

i like the price of Omega it's cheap but i want to know if i can book from Rwanda to China on 1st September, 2018, i don't know how and when i will get the flight ticket after booking, i'm not experienced to book online

When I was informed of a change in flight timings, I callled Omega and spoke to Jaden, explaining the difficulties the new timings would cause.

He was very helpful, told me he would contact the airline, and would call me back when he heard from them.

Twenty four hours later he called back to tell me he had managed to reinstate my original schedule.

I booked my flight with Omega Flight Store but wasn't aware that they only allow you one bag per adult, which is very strange on a long journey such as Dubai to London. They should clearly mention it while booking the flight.
