"What I paid for and what they sent are…"

What I paid for and what they sent are two different things then trying to return it been 5 days now. I gave up I will just take my business elsewhere. I bought a motor mount assembly with bolts and damper it was pictured on their website.They sent me the bracket for 75. Wasted 5 days of my time wanting all this proof I even bought it wanted to see the shipping label and box. Horrible experience I've been doing business with them for years too. Never again will a spend a penny with them.

"They shipped the wrong product and…"

They shipped the wrong product and would not confirm an RMA number and accept a return! I will never order from them again. I am glad it was only for a $20 product. Buyer beware!!

Part in stock, part not in stock, part in stock, part shipped, USPS never received it, label being generated for days...

Need to resolve this. Wait until we investigate.

Complete run around. Of course they charged my credit card the minute the order was placed and no delivery or even a promise of delivery.

A little over a week passed after I placed the order and they just cancelled the order with no reason. Wasted my time.

I want to start this review off stating that I have been happy in the past with the exceptions that I have always had a part backordered/canceled ultimately and the shipping takes a while. But for this particular order not only did I get a notice a few days later that parts were unavailable, but a notice even after this ( several days later) that I was required to pay an additional $14+ to receive my order because of "price changes". One part was $12 change about 3% and others were $0.44. Absolutely unprofessional and deceiving that this kind of business practices go on at such a company. A price change in a matter of days?? Come on! I sent a message indicating a choice of honoring their pricing at time of purchase (and I will notify the appropriate agencies) or canceling my order. They chose to cancel. I would avoid this company as there are much better and faster and cheaper options. I found this out because of this occurrence.
