"This is the worst company to have them…"

This is the worst company to have them deliver or pick up item. I ordered a product from GOEDEKERS and they were the delivery company. They arrive very late and their customer service over the phone is horrible. You wait for hours and no one responds. It’s been a nightmare to return a product from this company . Please don’t let them fool you.

"This shipping company is a SCAM"

This shipping company is a SCAM. They will come at a different time than scheduled, if you are not home they will charge an additional $75 shipping fee to come back weeks later. I sent numerous emails and made phone calls to complain and no one ever got back to me

"Absolutely horrible service"

Absolutely horrible service. No showed my 5pm to 9pm delivery, called the next morning and gave 15 minutes notice for an unscheduled delivery and left before I could respond. When I called the driver back he told me to rescedule (they had the tv for 2.5 weeks in their warehouse) or I could come to the address of their next delivery to pick up my TV.... to top off all of this, the TV is damaged, or defective.

"Horrible company"

Horrible company. My package was delivered 3.5 weeks late. Then I recieved a call from the regional manager that they would deliver my couch the following Tuesday. However, come Friday, I got a call that my couch was to be delivered in 10 minutes. I was out of town. Luckily, my father lives close so he was able to run over for pickup. When he arrived, the delivery men cussed him out for being late. I contact AM Trucking about the issue and about arriving with 4 days early with only a 10 minute warning and they responded essentially saying I was lying about the whole situation. HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This company did a great job delivering my 85 inch TV. The men who delivered were very courteous and efficient. And they arrived right on time. I would be glad to employ the services of this company again in the future.

Worst company to do business with, they are careless on the deliveries.they damaged my furniture. I have tried multiple times to reach out to customer service they will not return my calls of emails.

"An All-Around Very Bad Delivery Experience"

I ordered appliances from Plessers in New York. Unfortunately, Plessers sells the products with delivery services by AM Trucking and charges the added costs for the Gold Premium in-home delivery service. Once it has the products on its trucks or in its warehouse, and sends notice of the planned delivery date, AM Trucking offers full installation of new appliances and haul away of the boxes and the old appliances. We gladly paid an additional $272 for the convenience of these added services over and above the upcharge for the Gold Premium in-home delivery. AM Trucking dropped the ball several times. They do not answer calls, leave customers on hold for extended periods, and then do not timely schedule delivery. In our case, through no fault of ours, AM Trucking had in its possession our fully paid appliances in New York on or around June 15, and it did not actually deliver them to us in norther Ohio until July 12, 2021. In the meantime, we were constantly following up to determine the status. We were on hold for hours. We were promised return calls by the automated phone attendant and also by an operator that we finally reached, but we received no return calls. When AM Trucking finally made the delivery to our Ohio home, the two men admitted that this was only their second day with the company and, worse yet, they did not know how to perform the contracted installation services. They never installed appliances before. They did not perform any installation in our home. They did even not know we purchased a cord for a new stove, even though it was listed on the delivery notices.

"Unprofessional / Services Unfulfilled"

Terrible experience. I had a stove delivered tonight, but the order was not completed. The stove was to be opened and inspected, and the old one was to be hauled away. Not only did the two delivery guys not do any of that, they flat out denied these services were ordered, even when presented with the receipt. Then, they had the audacity to demand a $50 shakedown to do it on top of being extremely unpleasant in our general interactions. This needs to be rectified immediately. Would rate 0 stars if possible, and will actively dissuade people from using this company.

If this 3rd party delivery trucking company is assigned to deliver your product, you would be best served by cancelling the order and shopping locally.

"Horrible delivery company"

I ordered a sectional couch from a third-party. AM Trucking was the delivery service they had notified us on the 14th of proximate ship date 25th, shipping coast to coast. They said it would take 7 to 14 days to receive the product. They also stated that they would give us 24 hours notice before delivery. Then on the 20th at 2:30 PM we were left a message that it was arriving the 21st in the a.m. I was out of town and would not be home until the. 28th. After three hours on the phone to multiple numbers (on hold most of the time) got a hold of someone (who was obviously at the end of their day). I told them I could not receive it until the 28th or 29th. They said they would note it and I would get a callback.They never did. I also emailed them and emailed the third-party on the 20th because I was so frustrated. I received one email from AM Trucking on the 21st saying they would “get back to me“. 13 days later they never did. Now I am in the loop again calling the third-party and on hold with AM Trucking for another two hours. Worst experience ever.
