"Stay away!!"

Stay away!!! It's not worth the $50-100 savings. You buy here, they use a trucking company that sent deliverers instead of installers. Took 3 months to have the range delivered, it was damaged, the delivery company couldn't install it, took a month to get money back, the drawer once we installed it was bent, took another 3 weeks to receive a new drawer. STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst delivery company EVER. Purchased a refrigerator from Plessers (only a marginally better vendor) and they show up without scheduling - even after I let them know I would not be home. Avoid this company at all costs - spare yourself the pain and suffering.

"Terrible service"

Terrible service. Do not use this company. They dumped trash on my property and refused to pick it up. Calling them did not help.

Zero stars is more accurate. Never been so disappointed by a delivery company

"Worst experience with a delivery…"

Worst experience with a product delivery, ever. Woe is the person who's expecting a delivery from AM Home Delivery & Trucking. It has now been 2 weeks past their quoted estimated delivery time. Their website does say that deliveries may take a week longer than the ETA due to COVID, but here I am 2 weeks past. This by the way is after yet another initial 2-week ETA was given to me (so I've waited almost a whole month since my product has been picked up by them for delivery). Their phone line wait times are horrendous. They also never replied to an email I sent them a few weeks ago inquiring the delivery status.

"Excellent service"

Excellent service! The drivers Mario and Antonio were professional. Received a message stating the time and date and a call 45 minutes before delivery. They even hauled away the boxes.
Definitely would recommend!

"Freezer delivery"

Ordered a freezer through amazon &A.M. trucking was the delivery company for said freezer. I received the delivery a week before I was expecting it and the freezer was in perfect condition and the delivery driver and his assistant were great. I’m not sure why I see negative reviews for the delivery company, like I said my experience was wonderful.

"Claims Dept. MIA"

The delivery and install associates damaged our kitchen floor during a refrigerator install. This was a newly refinished wood floor and they tried to leave with several giant gashes and deep dents in the wood. After I asked for his supervisors number, one man gave me a number to call, that led to a dead line. After demanding a working number, he simply left and started up his truck. I stood by his driver side door until I could get a real supervisor on speaker.

I was told to file with the damage claims dept. Which I did immediately, receiving an auto generated email with the required steps to file a claim. I completed those steps within 24 hours (pics, multiple quotes, notarized description, etc.). and received the same auto email. I then followed up over a dozen times with zero response. My claim was completely ignored without a single follow up after many, many attempts to contact someone.

In addition to my damage claim, the drivers also left in a hurry with all of the packaging debris floating around the street in front of my house. I also asked the two installers to wear masks and protective coverings on their shoes. I provided the shoe covers for Covid safety concerns, but by the end neither were wearing them walking freely through our home. One gentleman even used the bathroom because in his word he “had to take a leak”, without the shoe covers or mask. I cannot stress the level of disappointment experienced by my family on this issue. Especially the fact that we were completely ignored by the claims department, and we are now left with the bill to repair the damage that AM Trucking did to our home.

If I could rate a Zero I would ! AWFUL is understatement !! I wonder is this is even a legit company . I’ve scheduled 5 different times delivery since July 31.2020 . The last time I made contact with anyone on Oct 4,2020 they said they were delivering Oct 16,2020 . I drove from GA to FL took off from work . NO ONE showed . I have literally called 9 different times . Requesting call back . Sent emails . Been on hold for over 2hrs 8 different times . Rep will answer will not help or reschedule they will say “ HOLD ON” and never come back after an hour . I’m in FL just for the delivery of the sofa at my rental home . I ordered this sofa back in Mar 2020 order 2674472. They should be totally ashamed to treat customers like this if this company isn’t a scam

"BEWARE!!!!"

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE AM TRUCKING OR AJ MADISON!!!!!
I would also rate this 0 if possible. We placed our order with AJMadison at the beginning of September. They contract AM Trucking for delivery services. Our refrigerator was estimated to be delivered on 9/11. No responses to calls, no callbacks after being told numerous times we would receive one, no responses to email as well. Refrigerator was finally delivered on 10/12. Drivers arrived 1.5 hours before the window of 10:30-2:30 with no call 30 minutes before arriving as we were told would happen. They showed up with no masks, then said they couldn’t fit it through the door, left it in the box in my garage. We paid the additional fee for installation as well and the driver said he doesn’t install. No responses from AM Delivery other than someone will call you and also no responses from AJMadison. Have been on hold over an hour with AJMadison 2 different times with no answers. When you select the sales option, they answer quickly, but then will not help you and just place you on hold again for customer service who never picks up. Worst customer experience of my life. Filed a claim with the BBB on AJMadison but AM Delivery is not BBB accredited so it won’t matter for them. I am checking the box below to allow AM Delivery to see my review, but they never respond to emails so I do not expect that they’ll care. I will say, if you are an employee of either of these companies, you obviously sold your morals as a decent human being to work there. I feel sorry for you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered an appliance the beginning of September. It was shipped less than a week later and the appliance was in stock. It was lost and found in your warehouse more than a month later. You were supposed to have delivered last week and finally last night, but got a call saying it would not be delivered until 7 am this morning. Just got another call (7:15 am) that they are coming, but they don’t have an install guy on the truck. We paid for an install. How do you stay in business with such terrible service?
