"I got one day heads up for delivery"

I got one day heads up for delivery, I called to tell them I wouldn't be home, but they sent the delivery here anyway. Rescheduled, delivery guys told me white*9 glove service will be done when the installers show up. My credit card was charged, but nobody ever showed. Customer service was nice, but nothing happened.Fabian called me once, i tried returning his call no answer. Finally I told them please just credit me back my money for installation and removal of old appliances. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Two weeks my delivery sat in my living room while they played games with me on installation service. I went on thumbtack, used Jc Best Appliances sales & repair in the South Florida area. Stand up company price was great service impeccable! I wasted 2 weeks of my life with a company that gave me the run-a-round, now I have to hope they refund my credit card.

"Communication was great from the…"

Communication was great from the company on day of delivery. Delivery was expected between 4:00-8:00 pm, received a text that driver was running later than the expected time frame. Was kept updated of progress
Of driver. He called when 10 minutes away.
Very polite, careful handling of package, kept safe distant, wore mask,.

"Stress Free Delivery"

AM Delivery did an outstanding job from early communication, delivery set up, and execution. The two delivery guys were the best ever. Professional, caring, and intent on making the experience stress free for me. They removed packing materials, did a thorough set up of the appliance, and gave me advice on using the appliance. They didn't rush the job and made sure I was totally sartisfied before they left.
I hope I get more packages through AM Home Delivery.

"They are so lacking in customer service…"

They are so lacking in customer service that one star is generous. The drivers are great and once the product arrived, I am in a better place, but the frustrating month of waiting for AM to deliver was painful. They just plain have no customer service and their management should be replaced for running such a bad service. Of course they pulled out the COVID-19 excuse, but how that affects their ability to tell the truth....I am not sure.

"Better than expected!"

We had a delivery scheduled between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Junior called me 7:00 a.m. to let me know he would be here in about an hour. About an hour later, the guys carefully unloaded my 86” 170 Pound TV. They carefully brought it inside, unboxed and demonstrated the TV would turn on and had no ship damage. They then reboxed it for me. In and out in few minutes. This is the first delivery I have had with AM Trucking. Thanks for an uneventful shipping and delivery process.

"If I could give zero stars"

If I could give zero stars, I would have. I ordered a sofa set from an online store that uses AM delivery a month ago and they claimed I would receive my set in a week. However, AM delivery held on to my delivery in New Jersey for one and a half weeks. So my shipment didn’t even get shipped for one and half weeks. And I started calling them twice a week to get a status update but the only update they have is my sofas are in transit; they have no idea where. They tried to give me the COVID 19 pandemic but it didn’t even start 3 weeks after I ordered the sofas. I dislike AM trucking and how they have no clue about what they are doing that I would have avoided the online furniture shop at all cost if I knew they were using AM for their shipments.

"Unbelievable a company can be so bad with today's abilities"

Item recieved on 12/2/19 took 3 days before it was processed and in the system showing they had it. Waited for a call and nothing so called on 12/5/19 was told it was being scheduled for delivery and they would be in touch. Waited till following week 12/9/19 called back was told it was missed for the weeks delivery to the area and would try to deliver by the end of the week. Called back at end of week 12/13/19 asking for a call back and recieved no response. Finally 12/17/19 item was scheduled called in had location, time, type of delivery answered prior to confirming for the Thursday 12/19/19 delivery date. Recieved a call around 10 am on 12/19 and no message another from new york and left message and returned call to and was told there was a GPS location that led to the order routing error and my item was now in Shreveport La 4 hrs aways when iive only 2.5 from Houston and delivery now will not be till 12/23/19 and then was hung up on by Jesse. I have called a hand full of time over these weeks and heard them type out numerous emails word for word with details and yet not only no response but slow to schedule and deliver then problems and even had the purchase store email management and ownership and the response read to me was utter lies trying to cover for the incompetence and blaming me instead.

"BEWARE of AM HOME DELIVERY &TRUCKING Inc"

How is this company still in business? I have never in all my 51 years experienced such horrific service. This company plays with peoples patience, sanity and life in general. The company calls with a delivery day and times but doesnt honor either. Something needs to be done about them. They will blatantly lie to you why your delivery date wasnt honored and expect you to swallow it and expect you to rearrange your life around their incompetence. I havent even received the mattress I ordered on Amazon yet and the experience has been horrific and quite frankly, Im terrified of receiving it after having seen all the horrendous reviews about them all over the internet. Ive experienced what can only be described as a nightmare so far with this company, I dont even want to think about what condition my mattress will be in once it does finally arrive. The untruths these people will tell you to bide time is enough to turn anyones stomach. The lesson Ive taken away from this is next time I need to order something online that is shipped as freight, I will ask what shipping company will be used. If AM trucking is their way, I wont buy the item no matter how in need I am of it.
