"Property damage"
Delivery men were very unprofessional and carried the dresser in with shelves falling out, in a hurry to go home faster. After scratching the walls, didn’t even apologize and said “what do you want, it’s delivery”.
Emailed the photos of damage to the contact who was handling COI prior to delivery- Aleicia Mitter. This is the only email contact I had for them. Again, not even “saying sorry to hear”, or in anyway apologizing for the experience, she directed me to the claims department.
It seems like everyone in this company is quite unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. No wonder such low ratings

"Negative 5 Stars - They are AWFUL"
Negative 5 Stars - this organization and service is AWFUL. Have fun waiting for your order. They are EXTREMELY SLOW. I have an order that originated in Southern California. It has been 10 days and counting for them to delivery my order to Northern Califoria. The earliest they will deliver will be 16 days. Email communication is a joke. It may take 3 days to get back to you with no useful information. They indicate that they have alot of email updates to provide. That should give you a clue that they are buried with pissed off customers waiting for their stuff. Phone communication doesn't help either. You reach people that can't seem to help as they are isolated from the people doing the deliveries. And they won't give you the phone number of the team doing the deliveries. That should be another clue how bad they are. Order your stuff somewhere if you learn AM Delivery is handling your order.

These guys are incompetent and don't give a s__t. 3 visits, each time forgot the steel braded hoses that were part of the order with the new $2K washing machine. 1st time left without removing shipping bracket and balancing with a level in addition to not bringing new hoses. Machine just about exploded. 2nd time didn't know why they were returning and had to be instructed where to find and remove shipping bracket and still forgot hoses. 3rd time why they kept appointment, when they showed they still didn't have hoses and wouldn't stay to balance the machine. 4th time I should be charging them for.my time. What is a consumer to do. Waste my valuable time excoriating them on the web. Just enables them to hide behind a computer. If your delivery is with this company, you've been forwarded. Demand another one with some professionism etiquette and decency. They suck. Or call like I did multiple times @ 7182725900 and complain till they go out of business, which is where they belong

They delivered my dishwasher to another house. They have been unable to get it back because that customer is refusing to give it back because they have not delivered his item for weeks. They do not answer calls or emails.

"The Absolute Worst Home Delivery Service"
I ordered a new Bosch double wall oven from Appliance Connection to replace a old double oven. I also requested their "white glove" delivery, installation and haul away service, which they apparently contracted with AM Home Delivery and Trucking to complete.
Since the order was several weeks later than originally scheduled, it finally arrived when my wife and I were traveling out of town. Although I was able to get the delivery and installation reschedule to the day after we returned home, I was also told that if it wasn't scheduled within 2 weeks then they would return it to Appliance Connection!?
When the AM Home Delivery crew arrived, they were in a Penske rental truck with a magnetic sign on the door. (This should have been my first clue that this was NOT a professional operation!) However, after unloading and unboxing the new oven, the crew was unable to find the correct breaker to shut off the power to the old oven. So I was told that I needed to get an electrician to turn of the power before they could do anything further. Then they just left!
My electrician came out the next day (Saturday) and pointed out (and boldly labeled) the circuit breaker for the ovens. So I called customer service and rescheduled the removal, installation and haul away for early the next week.
When that next crew arrived and began to attempt to remove the old oven, they very quickly determined that they couldn't complete the removal (because they had stripped 2 of the screws securing the old oven to the cabinets!) I was told that I need to have a carpenter or cabinet maker come out to complete the removal of the old oven before they could complete the installation. And then they just left!
After my handyman came out and completed the removal of the old oven (in about 15 minutes!) I once again called customer service to get the installation and haul away rescheduled for the 3rd time. But when the 3rd crew arrived to simply install the new oven in the empty cabinet opening, they couldn't even figure out the wiring configuration. So I actually got my electrician on the phone with Facetime so he could explain the wiring to them!?
And just for icing on the cake of this experience, when I asked the crew to please also haul away the large box and all the packing materials from the new oven, I was told that they could not do that because I may need the box if I were to return tohe new oven!?
This entire experience was the farthest thing from a "white glove" delivery experience that I could imagine!
DO NOT USE AM HOME DELIVERY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! (And if buying from Appliance Connection, request an alternative professional delivery and installation service, even if there is some surcharge!

Damaged our floors when they cut the waterline of our refrigerator with a box cutter upon opening the box. A slow leak over a few days ruined our wood floors. Moshe, their claims director who really just avoids claims and saves them money on their insurance denied any responsibility which I’m sure he does on every claim that comes to him. Hopefully they take responsibility because I will continue to pursue this.

Delivery is over ten days late with no update from the company. Their customer service rep seemed unworried by such a delay and offered no assistance. Avoid AM Trucking and any company that ships with them at all costs.
