"The worst possible experience I have…"
The worst possible experience I have ever had with a delivery company. What a complete nightmare! Stay away at all costs! They were supposed to haul away our existing fridge and install the new one. Said they didn't have the proper sized dolly and walked out. Left our front door wide open and got in their truck and left

I ordered a mattress and after it was weeks overdue these gangsters first said it was out for delivery, then they called and said when they were 10 minutes away that they had an emergency and couldn't deliver it, and finally told us several days later after numerous phone calls that it had been damaged ??
What actually happened was they stole it !!
If I knew how to prosecute them I would!!
DO NOT trust them!!!!!

"These guys were great"
These guys were great, Nelson and Jacob, they fixed up a mess from the other two that put it in and these guys fixed it up and have to come back because the other guys didn’t leave the right screws, but they put it in and we can use it till Nelson and Jacob come back, they were awesome

I ordered a mattress from Walmart.com and these clowns were assigned to the delivery, claimed stairs were an extra charge, of course, cash only. No communication whatsoever was called out of the blue and presented an unnegotiable time delivery window weeks outside the promised delivery date. Supposing these folks are assigned to your delivery cancel it quick!

I wish I couldn’t even give one star but it won’t let me give zero this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with you call customer service and everybody speaks horrible broken English that you can understand everybody says they’re updating and expediting everything I’ve been waiting for my freezer that I bought from Goedekers For over a year. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor I get put to a voicemail and no one ever returns a phone call. I will never ever buy anything from Goedekers again. I will never do business with anybody that uses A&M home delivery these two companies are the worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my 57 years of being on this earth

"Hands down the worst logistics company…"
Hands down the worst logistics company i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am still trying to get my appliances delivered.
Ordered dishwasher which was shipped by AM trucking to Nashville within 2 days. The unit proceeded to sit at their warehouse for over 3 weeks while they attempted to find a delivery window. After spending hours on the phone with representatives to only get the same narrative..."the route coordinator will work your item as soon as possible"....nothing happens. I finally escalate the case with an agent who marked it as priority and got a delivery date scheduled for today, 7-11am. It's now 12.30pm and no sign of them. I call up again and they state that it is now scheduled for Friday after i waited at home instead of going to work.
Abysmal customer service overall! Stay well clear of them if you can.

"Poor Scheduling and No Installation Knowledge"
I received a two day's notice with a delivery day for Saturday. We were working that day, so I had to reschedule for a week later on Saturday, because they only deliver to Boise, ID on Fridays and Saturdays. The next Thursday I received a one day's notice that the delivery would be on Friday even though I had previously scheduled the delivery/installation day for Saturday. Luckily we were available on Friday.
Two men delivered the dishwasher and started to leave. I said, "Wait. I paid $150 for installation." They hooked up two water hoses then said, "We don't do electrical." They said I had to buy a junction box which I had already purchased with the dishwasher and installation. The next day, I purchased a junction box and did the installation myself. When I went to test the dishwasher, I found the junction box I had already paid for inside the dishwasher, so I'm not sure why they told me I needed to purchase one. Did they not remember placing the part inside the dishwasher?
Although the men's mannerisms were polite, they acted as if they wanted to sit the dishwasher on the kitchen floor and leave. They removed the shrink wrap but said their policy was the purchaser had to dispose of the plastic waste. (Minor annoyance, but I'm adding it to the review due to all the other problems.)
In summary: 1) The delivery day was changed without my consent. 2) I paid $150 for an installation that was not completed. 3) They did not dispose of all the plastic wrap they had placed around the dishwasher.
