"Unreliable - Bad Service"

AJ Madison contracts with AM Trucking. AM Trucking picked up our order on 10/19/2022. And, as of 11/17/2022 still could not provide a delivery milestone other than it had been picked up in California and was in transit to their terminal in Texas (where we reside). As of 11/17/20022 they still could not provide a delivery date until they actually received it at the local terminal, which they could only tell me it should be a few more days - that is just insane in today’s digital environment for tracking anything/everything in supply/logistics/transportation. Heck, I could have driven to California, picked it up and drove back in less time. Cancelled the order all together. AM Trucking cost AJ Madison a lost sale of $12,160.

"No show"

Confirmed appointment with them twice. They never showed, never contacted me. They close at 3:30 for the day. I called to speak to the "warehouse manager", Cesar, who is inept and rude.

"GREAT JOB!"

I'm seeing that there are some negative reviews. They must be working very hard to change that around because they did a stellar job with my delivery. They were communicative, on time, did exactly what they said, and everything is working great. I couldn't be any happier because there are no issues. Thank you for a job well done, AM Home Delivery!

"To quote Dr Phil - they couldn't get any worse cause you can't fall off the floor."

Purchased a washer and dryer on August 8 (Paid $200 for shipping as it was convenient for us). It has been in the regional terminal since August 24 (when I spoke to a representative who stated they had the washer but couldn't find the dryer). They show on my order status that they received it on August 31 (a week later than actual fact). It is September 10 and it still has not been delivered to me.

Every time I talk to someone there I ask their name. When I call back - they have a "directory by name" option for an extension. The directory does not have a listing for any of the persons I have spoken with.

And promises to return calls mean nothing.

We made arrangements to be at our delivery location this weekend (9/9-9/11) because they told us that would be a delivery date (our scheduled "window" in 9/1 - 9/13), but according to the vendor we purchased it from they will deliver next Thursday (which, of course, is the only day we have told them we would be unavailable) or Friday (9/16-9/17).

"This company is the greatest"

This company is the greatest. Not only have I had more than one delivery from them they are 100% consistent with each one. 4/4 deliveries received. 4/4 damaged. Now I know this might sound off, but, when a company can deliver with such consistency, why would anyone want to use someone else to handle their high end appliance delivery business.

Their employees are the best of their kind. I’ve never had an employee of their company display a bad attitude or any level of unprofessionalism. <—(SARCASM). I mean really, do delivery companies these days even use proof of deliveries? Not these guys! They are ahead of the game on every level. They don’t even have you sign a delivery bill. Got damage? NOPE! if it’s not on the bill, didn’t happen! That’s next level. Ok no problem, they can email paperwork if you REALLY need it. Except, the supervisors “don’t do that sort of thing”. Whoooaaaahh!!, freaking smart! Not only are they environmentally friendly by saving paper, they are environmentally efficient by conserving electricity from sending less emails.

Thanks AM delivery. My kitchen looks amazing now that it’s finally done. Couldn’t do it without the top notch service such that you’ve provided. Don’t even get me started on what the back of the appliances look like.

Overall, I highly recommend…that you stay the flux away from these fluxtards. Unless, you own a scratch and dent store, then your golden!!!

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service. Our high end fridge sat at the delivery terminal for well over a month past the last day of the delivery deadline. I had to call AM trucking and Appliances Connection daily to get on their route and once I did they showed up without the fridge! They said they'd come back 2-3 weeks later offering nothing to my family of 5 with a 3 and 1 year old in the house surviving without a fridge. It finally arrived today. Water connector too short for our commercial sized fridge so they refused to install, damaged our brand new hardwood floor, and dumped the shipping materials and pallet on the driveway. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior on any purchase, let alone with an expensive fridge.

"Don't deliver appliances if you don't know what you're doing!"

Shipped and delivered freezer on its side, the carton had arrows and directions on each side warning to transport freezer upright. People who deliver appliances should know fridges & freezers have to be delivered upright. Driver had no paperwork to note this, only had cell phone to sign receipt of merchandise. Knowledge of English appeared to be almost non-existent. Refused to stay while carton was opened to inspect for damage.

"Worst customer service we had complete…"

Worst customer service we had complete kitchen package delivered upon taking out the old microwave they drug it across my counter top causing deep scratches and damage,photos were taken by the installer and sent to whoever this was april 15th we sent photos,estimates and talked to them twice,THEY DON't care or give a crap you live and learn never again..Iam retired united states veteran and law enforcent,it iis hard to believe they are still in business................

"Do not ever deal with this company"

Do not ever deal with this company. It has been 5 weeks since our appliances left NJ warehouse. At first, it took them 3 trips to bring appliances to Florida. Then 2 weeks to schedule and reschedule and reschedule again, again and again without any notifications. They put us on a schedule in the morning and removed us in the afternoon. Customer Service is useless. Noway to talk to the management. Still didn't receive my appliances.
