My experience was so Awesome......I don't know where to start!!
First of all...their timing was Perfect!!!
The communication was Outstanding!!
Josh & Kenny were so Amazing!!!
They were so friendly & Very knowledgeable!!
They worked together Beautifully!!
They handled my order with tender loving care & I really appreciated that!!!!
They went over everything with me and made sure I understood everything!
They made sure that I was completely satisfied
before they left.
I would Highly recommend this team & AM Trucking!!!

I bought a diningroom table through The Classy Home. This is the delivery service they used. They have changed the days 4 different times. I am still waiting as they were suppose to come yet again, and a total no show. Yet another email wanting to deliver tomorrow. No one answers the call service, when you do get through you will get a message machine. DO NOT do "white glove" unless its a big piece- $150- Disgusted and still no table!

Horrendous experience trying to have a dishwasher delivered. It never happened. Order Canceled. Definitely would steer clear of this company !!! Petitioning for Delivery 🚚 Charge Refund due to ending up empty handed.

"I ordered a 42" fridge with white glove…"

I ordered a 42" fridge with white glove and 1 set of steps noted. They showed up on Mach 1st with 2 guys to install. They told me they could not do it until they had 3 guys, they wanted to just leave it in my drive and I take care of it, I also offered my 4 guys across the street to help and a very large forklift also but they refused. I told them to take it back and deliver it with 3 guys. about every other day since they have moved the date out. Here I am with a date 21 days later that will get moved again. I have delt with many delivery companies and have never seen one this bad even after it was their mistake from the start. I have since contacted my other suppliers to make sure they never deliver to me anymore.

They called me 30 m8ns before arrival and were even there at my house 45 mins early would recommend useing them again friendly guys too thanks !!!

"Horrific Service"

"My TV was supposed to have been delivered by 12/20/2022. It arrived in their local warehouse 12/27/2022. They finally delivered the TV 1/25/2023. There was no communication other than me contacting them. They had no idea why my TV hadn't been delivered. They kept telling me that it would arrive in week, but week after week it wasn't delivered... till finally it was. AM Home Delivery is extraordinarily mismanaged."

"DO NOT USE"

DO NOT USE! Just like everyone else on here, I had a horrible experience with this company.

First attempt - they showed up without any notice or confirmation of delivery. The driver who called was rude and annoyed to find out that we were not home and hung up on me.

When I called to speak to someone at their corporate office to reschedule, they tried to charge me a rescheduling fee, to which I fought and won.

Second attempt - confirmed a time slot for Tuesday between 4pm-8pm. The driver calls me at 2pm and says he’s here for the delivery. I informed him that the delivery window was 4pm-8pm and that I was working until then. He then got an attitude and told me I had two choices. Either call corporate and reschedule and pay a fee or he would just drop the package, a $5,000 couch, on my front lawn.

I called corporate to complain and no one including the route manager Sasha was willing to assist.

By the time I got home, I found my packages, laying in my front yard. I also had two emails from Sasha. The first was an email asking me to sign an LOA, relinquishing liability of the driver for leaving my package(s) outside. WHICH a I NEVER SIGNED OFF ON. And two a picture of the items left on my lawn with a note stating that “since they didn’t receive a response from me, the driver just left the items on my lawn.”

"BAD, SLOW AND CARELESS ATTITUDE"

I can't imagine why AM Home Delivery is still in business.

The package was picked up in California on Feb 1st and got to the Houston Delivery Terminal on Feb 8th, which is 7 days after it was picked up. On Feb 10th I called them because I got a message from the seller that I should talk to AM Home Delivery for scheduling. They told me that they required 10 business days!!!

Since then the only thing I can get out of these guys is that the Terminal Manager says he has a schedule to keep and that he is not willing to change it.

I was promised the package to be delivered between Feb. 2nd and 6th.

I'll be seeing the Superbowl sitting on the floor.

To them, it is perfectly OK to take 3 weeks on a NATIONAL shipment.

They might say that they are sorry, but I honestly don't feel they care one bit.

"AM trucking lies about delivery"

AM trucking called and set up a delivery on January 6. 30 minutes after my delivery window, they called and said that my driver had an emergency and they wouldn't be able to deliver the package. They never called to reschedule. I reached out to the company I ordered the table from, and they told me there was a glitch and my table was never in town and they will notify my when it's ready to be delivered. 15 days later and there's still no update. It says my table has been in New Jersey, but who knows? Untrustworthy delivery.
