I bought a kayak they were supposed to deliver, I live in the suburbs of a large city. I was outside of their delivery range. they offered to meet at a gas station a hour from my location because that's as close as they were willing to come. on the phone they told me they would give me 1.5 hours heads up on delivery. i got a call from their driver saying he was 5 mins away from my location i laughed and said will I'm a hour away. he said he would talk to the dispatcher, about 10 minutes later i get a call saying the driver was waiting at the gas station where was I? I told him i was told the day before i would be giving a 1.5 hour heads up he told me that wasn't the drivers or his job. after me getting upset he had his manager Joe call me who told me i was giving a window of 4 hours and i should have waited for their driver. I was like so let me get this straight I need to drive 2 hours wait for 4 hours for a driver that who knows will show up after reading their reviews, and to make maters worse they were going to hit me with a rescheduling fee. The place i got my kayak from gave me a refund cause I was just tired of fighting with AM trucking!!

"*Beware* Nightmare experience with AmTrucking"
Mine is a very stressful experience and i hope people reading this review learn their lesson and avoid this company at any cost. They delivered my Samsung refrigerator and I had paid for the installation service in advance including connecting the water supply to the back of the refrigerator. The guy who came for delivery from Amtrucking did not connect the water supply and asked to call a plumber instead where i would have to pay again.
I raised a complaint, and they sent another bunch of people randomly to check the installation. The guys who came for installation knew nothing about connecting a fridge to a water supply and did an amateur job. Unfortunately, i was not aware of their reputation and paid a huge price for it.
The water lines were connected loosely with bare hands without any tightening tools and as a result water kept dripping from the water supply at the back of my Fridge. This resulted in water seepage and damage to my new hardwood floor that warped and bulged out. Not only my installation is incomplete where I have to pay someone experienced to do it properly now but I have to repair my hard wood floor costing to thousands of dollars! So much trauma after moving in to my new home...
I mailed their so called bogus claims department which sent an automated reply once and after that no response with total silence! They just want to ignore their customer claims until they get tired of calling and mailing and give up finally!
Their general customer service says that they are totally disconnected from their claims department and there is no way for them to reach claims them from their side. Instead the customer has to keep yelling and scrambling until they are tired and give up. How convenient and kudos to the brain that plotted such a scheme. The audacity with which they block their customers is horrible. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. I HOPE GOD TEACHES THEM A LESSON FOR THEIR SINS.

"Incompetent"
Incompetent, hard to reach, and failed at the most basic thing - to get your items to you in one piece. A small beverage fridge crawled its way across the US only to sit in a warehouse for a week and then be delivered with evidence that the box had been dropped. Sure enough, upon opening, the entire front glass door was shattered. Perhaps they should open a demolition business instead? I mean, play to your strengths, right? I hope my replacement fridge is sent by another carrier.

"Ridiculously overpriced"
Ridiculously overpriced, scammers, and liars. If you want to get screwed over, lied to, stuff destroyed, and giving the runaround for months. This is your company. Show up whenever they want, drive away without ringing your doorbell, and destroy your items. When you call about it, they will mark your delivery a manager problem who apparently doesnt actually work. Do not walk away from AM, RUN!

"I'm posting this review to give people hope"
After stressing out for a week while waiting for my couch per these Yelp reviews, I had a very successful delivery.
On my scheduled delivery date, I was notified via automated phone call that my truck was an hour away. About 30 mins later, one of the drivers called to tell me they were running a bit early and to see if that worked for me. It did, they showed up, unboxed and brought my sofa inside, and placed it in my living room. They were very nice and were in and out quickly.
My only complaint was that since I didn't pay for "white glove delivery", they left this HUGE box in my driveway. It took forever to break down and now I have to get rid of the cardboard. Definitely not idea.
Despite the terrible reviews, I think you can get lucky with this company. Just keep your fingers crossed. Good luck!

AM home delivery has had my refrigerator at my local warehouse for two weeks and I still have no confirmation of when my delivery will be. So far they have been incredibly unprofessional and uncommunicative, and I have no path resolution.

Our range delivery was delayed for weeks and ultimately it was never delivered. They kept stringing us along every day and never provided a delivery date.

Left the fridge in my garage. Never came back to install after multiple calls and emails.
You need to contact the vendor that used this disreputable delivery service and threaten them with a credit card chargeback to get on this company to come back and actually do the job they’re paid to do . Because they won’t respond to the recipient.
Enough people need to complain to vendors who use them so they are blacklisted and go out of business

"I was very pleased"
I was very pleased, Antonio and Mario delivered my refrigerator earlier than anticipated. They were extremely polite and professional. They moved the refrigerator in with ease and no damage. I highly recommended them for total satisfaction and peace of mind for your delivery.
