"These guys are great!"

Bought a Samsung 85inch TV from them at an incrediable price, lower than anyone else. It was so low, that I worried it was a scam company until I called and spoke to Sam. Sam assured me that everything would be good and this experince put them to the test.

So I ordered the TV and he said it would be here within a week and he was right. When I received it the excitement turn to panic when I unboxed it and turned it on and the entire right side of the screen was cracked! I was worried it would be a hassle and take forever to get them to respond and take this one back and give a new one BUT that was not the case!

I called, they asked for pictures, asked me to box it up and they sent a shipper over to pick it up and I got a new one a week later! I read the comments on having to buy the insurance but it is worth it. These guys are great! will buy from them again.

I had been looking for the right TV, at the right price, for over six months. When I saw the price at iElectrica for a Samsung QN65Q80TAF, I knew my search was over. After checking to see that this was a reputable company, I placed my order. The price was several hundred dollars less than any other place I checked. The TV was delivered in perfect condition, and I am 100% satisfied. It took 12 days for the TV to be delivered, but it had to travel from Miami to Seattle. Also, I placed my order late in the day on a Friday, so it too a few days for the shipment to be picked up.

iElectrica provided a competitive price on a Samsung Q90r TV. So, I placed the order. A couple days later, I received a call to discuss the TV and coordinate a delivery date and time (originally stated to be 7-10 days). Later I figured out that a big reason for the call was to attempt to up-sell their optional delivery services. They hit me up with significant special shipping charges not previously discussed or shown when I placed the online order. Since that total price was still a bit lower than BestBuy, I still moved forward with the purchase.

Their shipping company was fairly inept, but I did finally receive the TV 23 days later.

In the end, you always get what you pay for... If you're looking for a competitive price on electronics, expect some compromise on service or timeliness.

Ordering process was a little unusual. Ordered online and an agent called you the next day to get additional info before the order is actually placed. Once it is placed item shipped and arrived within 2 weeks. New TV was in good condition and pricing was great!
