Overall, iElectrica had the best pricing and was trustworthy. I will buy from them again in the future.
Delivery was a little under than 2 weeks. There was good notification and scheduling. The delivery people were efficient and professional.
Product pricing was, by far, better than anywhere else I could find.
My only complaint is that the original model I ordered had gone out of stock. iElectrica gave me the option to cancel my order or to shift to a similar upgraded model (still with better pricing than competitors' lower/original grade model). Whether this bait-and-switch intentional or not, I am still happy with the pricing and the way it was handled.

After my order, I got a call to add $150 to my order for a special delivery insurance. This should have been listed on the order. I think they were trying to just get more money from me because they had a super low price.

Delivered my TV and almost wrecked the TV but not taking the things off the top before unboxing it. $80 for white glove and didn't bother taking their shoes off or even put the TV and the TV stand.

"Good price on TV, but bad shipping experience"
The price of my TV was far cheaper than the "big box stores" when I ordered, but 10 days after my purchase, the major "Best" store was within $200 of what I paid, and after the huge hassle with the freight company contracted out by iElectrica, I should have waited to buy local.The freight company would not budge on a delivery date, period.They called and said this is the day and the time frame (4 hour window) The one person I tried to reason with on the phone was rude and kept cutting me off when trying to talk to him. The good thing about iElectrica was that they offer a good extended warranty through a nation wide company for a good price compared to the "local" stores. Also, back to the freight company, if you could not meet their date and time, they would not come back until, and I quote, "sometime next week." When asked what day that would be, the guy I talked to said he did not know. I could go on, but I think you get where I am going with this.

they send to me 75* with broken screen then they change it after week.
also they send to Extra 65* then they took it back after I emailed them!
After Sales service are Uncooperative .. I need some documents because I'll talk TVs with me out the border but they said they cannot help ! I ask the same documents from three different stores and all of them send it to me..
Conclusion : if you are don't worry about the time this store is a good choice.

My experience with IElectrica directly was pretty good. I placed my order and they called the next day to verify and offer additional services. There was no hard selling or anything and the guy I spoke with was very nice. Their website reflected my order and tracking information within a day. This is where the problems started. The shipping company used by Ielectrica is AM Home Delivery. My experience with them has been nothing short of awful. They scheduled a delivery window twice now and missed both of them only to find out the item was never even picked up. It has now been 2 weeks since I ordered my TV and I have yet to receive it. All the shipping company will tell me is that its on its way. When you call in they don't seem to want to help and seem very irritated that they have to speak to customers. If you read reviews for AM Home Delivery, my experience is quite common. Apparently that is just how they do business. Why would any retailer want to partner with such a company? Unfortunately I would not use Ielectrica again if they continue to use AM Home Delivery as their shipping partner.
