"Inaccurate"
My credit report is inaccurate, it's near impossible to resolve anything with TransUnion. You get the usual, dismissive generic response. I don't think they have a clue. Everyone else seems to have the same problem.

"Horrible company"
They hold incorrect record of me which is negatively impacting my credit score. I contacted them and requested that they correct their record. They did nothing and put all the burden of proof on me. One month on, despite that I submitted the legal document they required they still have not done anything. Personally I would not choose to have anything to do with this horrible company. Unfortunately Lloyds, which I bank with, use their credit reports.

"Duplicate details"
They have linked a Welsh water account with someone of a similar name to myself (different spelling) despite numerous appeals and Welsh Waters help they continue deny my appeal and it's ruined 15 years of hard work on my credit score as the person in question hasn't paid their bill for months

"Absolutely terrible dishonest company…"
Absolutely terrible dishonest company providing incorrect data detrimental to those who use it. My credit score falls consistently for no reason . I have managed debt perfectly have credit card in regular use just like they suggest also on electoral roll. I do everything I can to improve this pathetic number yet these crooks just deduct point monthly for fun. My last point deducted was 50 point. Absolutely no change other than them decided my credit score is too good to let's ruin it

"disgusting company!"
disgusting company!! has caused me so much stress just to get my credit score sorted. my twins information is on my credit history and has impacted my credit score massively as my score was above UK average before now it's below UK average because of your system errors. I have tried contacting you but this company is useless Equifax had sorted my information on the phone, however for this company to reply takes weeks on end.. shambolic!

"Zero response on active fraud"
Have witnessed active fraud attempts on my credit report. Riased a notice of correction request to add a password to protect my account, 8 weeks later it still hasn't been added. Phoned customer support and was told "it's being processed", nothing more they can do. Raised a complaint and told the response would be In 8 weeks. They sent a confirmation and then 4 weeks later they confirmed the complaint again, resetting the response time to 8 weeks again. Its now been over 2 months and heard nothing about my request or complaint. What an atrocious company in charge of our data.

"I tried to get a statutory credit…"
I tried to get a statutory credit report from them as Nationwide who I banked with for 30 years will not increase my credit limit because of a credit report from TransUnion. I am trying to get a statutory credit report from them . To get this they are asking me for unnamed bank details going back nearly 20 years which I don't remember as security check. Their help contact just don't work. It's just that rubbish companies like this should be able to operate.

"Worst"
Same problem as other users transunion is the worst of all credit reference bureauxs they are down and out incompetent and I find their actions highly wrong they should be shut down

Transunion is the worst out of them all.
They don't update accounts when they're closed they're left open yet other agencies report them to be closed.
I hope their offices collapse because of their lack of professionalism.

"Awful customer service"
Impossible to get TransUnion to update their records to show correct electoral registration information. I have tried serveral times and got nowhere.
