The only agency failing to recognise I am registered to vote. Sent multiple emails and made multiple disputes. 7 months and counting, still not resolved. Each time I call they don't have records of previous enquiries. I am shocked banks even use these guys.

By far the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I provided proof of my electerol roll status and without even checking properly they declined. They've since backtracked explaining they will investigate further.
Overall, Customer service is severely lacking, late responses and no apologies given.

My payment goes out on the 29th each month! February 28 days! I’ve paid twice in March but now I’ve MISSED ! ! a payment !!! Have contacted Them, No one wants to know! ! Have contacted my provider I’m up to date!! But TransUnion is Final!! Is so Defintive !! My credit score is impacted, I don’t need it I have money! Just really disappointed the way I’ve been treated!!!

The worst Customer Service and processes in the world! If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them, prepare yourself to get very frustrated and to have to deal with many inefficient processes. I have raised 2 disputes and called their number with regards to my credit report having incorrect address details and I've had no acknowledgment on my disputes (raised a month and a half ago and chased via email). My details are correct on all my bank statements and bills and their response was "there's nothing we can do, your bank needs to send us the updated details".... I have updated all my details 5 months ago. Clearly you are having serious integration issues with your systems and the Customer service is just so unhelpful towards affected people.

Absolute useless company, should be struck off! How an incompetent organisation like this can be given the responsibility of deciding a credit score and, therefore, impacting your life, is totally beyond me. I would contact them with my issues but, gathering by the comments on here, I won't waste my breath.

"Provided incorrect information about me to an employer"
Provided incorrect information about me to an employer which resulted in me losing 4 weeks of paid work. The information they supplied was about someone else and they have admitted this.
They have refused to compensate me for the financial loss.
Will be contacting information commissioner's office, BBC Rip Off Britain and the person who's information they have passed on as mine.
