"Absolute disgrace as a company"
Absolute disgrace as a company ! I have been refused Klarna after using it for years and never delaying a payment. I have a perfect credit score !!! I have never used TransUnion in my life !!! I use Experian instead. When I got declined from klarna just days after placing an order they told me that I have gotten declined because my details don't match the credit reference agencies. They work with both Experian and TransUnion. I have updated my details using Experian and everything is up to date, however I have never used TransUnion before. I went to their website to check what's going on and I have put my details there to try and check my report and they have told me that my details don't match. I used my old address and old title which used to be Miss and it worked. I was able to see that they haven't updated their system in the past 4 months and there wasn't an option to update my details by myself. I have to contact them via email which didn't help because they got back to me with an email that didn't apply to what I said whatsoever and after sending a few emails back and forth they told me that they have raised my dispute to their dedicated team and they will get back to me in 28 working days. This is beyond ridiculous. I have been refused due to the incompetence of some company that got my details how exactly???????? They shouldn't even be a company, just horrible !!!

On my bank site I have a poor rating .This is inaccurate and insulting. Get your act together or bugger off.

I OWN my home (no mortgage)
I have considerable savings within the bank that displays my poor rating
I have credit cards with two high street banks( nothing owing on them. I pay off any balance owing before it incurs interest).
AND I’m a poor risk.
No wonder banks are going bust and having to be bailed out by the taxpayer (ME) .

"Avoid at all Costs"
This company obviously have some kind of contract with my bank (Lloyds). I have only recently noticed that their credit checker has incorrect details for me (incorrect address). I have reported this issue to them several times. I have also presented the evidence they have requested, more than once. They still have not changed my details, despite their assurance that they would do so. Frankly, in my opinion, their customer service is unreliable and inadequate. I have complained to both them and Lloyds bank. Despite the potential for fraudulent activity, they appear to lack any sense of urgency in addressing the issues or taking responsibility for their obvious inadequacies. This issue is ongoing! Avoid at all costs - trust nothing they tell you.

these credit companies taking down the country's GDP. They are making a depressed young generation and students can't make their own projects. God will punish one day every worker and their generation. Thank you to god that I do not need to credit score. Without any reason, they dropped 151 points 🤣. Insane companies and the government doing nothing. I have never been bankrupt, always pay my utility bills on time, have never been a fraud, paid my mortgage installment on time, never took a loan, and never missed any credit card payments.

"Terrible service, can't resolve simple requests"
My credit report was showing the wrong name, put in a request to change this over a year ago (26/02/2022) and it is still not completed. Have given them information requested such as proof of address, electoral eligibility etc but still nothing is done. I get a response every 3 months saying all is done, when it isn't and have proved it multiple times. Have dealt with Alicija, Orestas and Greta, all of whom have told me it is resolved when it isn't. Absolutely shocking service for such a simple request. Would give 0 stars if possible

Checked my credit score via Rbs app and totally wrong info about my electoral role information. Woman on phone was disgusting & rude ! Told me I had to get proof and show proof of being on electoral roll from my council ! What the hell ! I thought that was the job of a credit reference agency to show accurate and correct information ! Do not use this company they are worse than useless and will be contacting Rbs to tell them to use a reputable company in future !
