"Registered to vote at my new address"
Registered to vote at my new address, Experian and Equifax picked the information up automatically, Transunion wanted a letter from the council. Sent the letter, nearly 3 weeks later they've still not updated their records. They don't reply and then hide behind covid for being useless. Nearly away to the ombudsman.

The only agency that has my name spelt incorrectly on file . Pointed out the error and wanted it changed only to be told that they couldn’t change it initially … then they could but they needed proof from the council of how it’s spelt on the electrol role .. I showed them that it’s spelt the correct way on the other agencies and offered ID only to be then get a reply that wasn’t even relevant. Days in between replies .. absolutely useless honestly . I’m thankful that most seem to go off equifax of Experian when applying for credit .

Absolute joke of a company. Blatantly incorrect information, no attempt to correct - Experian, Equifax etc manage to get it right but not this joke of a company. Despite multiple complaints and a letter from my mortgage company they still show me as having 2 mortgages. Trustpilot really need to allow ratings down to -5, but even that would be too generous for this lot.
Started the dispute with them back in November 2018 - they STILL havent corrected there records. Last email from them was on the 28th August 2021, saying they would be in touch within 28 days - and, nothing. Just hours and hours of my time wasted trying to correct the FALSE information that they are supplying companies with.
Nothing short of a scam company.

Unhelpful staff. When querying something you'd expect a somewhat professional response however this is just simply not the case. Asked to confirm details regarding a recently listed default however the default date is incorrect by two years however transunion seem to want to do absolutely NOTHING to help me. All for the creditors not for the customers your ruining lives by effecting peoples credit scores. Asked who they were regulated by to be told no one. Do you think an unregulated company is going to do things by the book. Doubtful.
Contacted the ICO in regards to their willful neglect in maintaining accurate data relating to myself.

Hi . I applied mortgage on Halifax the decline me I m shocked I don't know what is happening . Then I research Google which credit agencies
bureau Halifax is working then I find Experian & Equifax is my credit report is fine after I found transunion I make my online account and I look in my credit report they have 4 default points then I keep looking which is four default points because I know I don't have any over payment in my name . I m clean . Then I found they add someone else dete money on my credit report . Name is same but date of birth & addresses totally different . When I called them about the issue the said we don't know . I said u company mess my credit report what do I do now because I all ready pay mortgage brokers fee and spend nearly £7k u only said sorry . They said we believe companies we don't look manually weather right or wrong . I said u system not see date of birth& address is different . Now they tell me we will investigate this . But I have lose my money what I do . They said we can not do anything about u money the is totally unacceptable and disgusting transunion play my dreams what I saved money for my first house they destroyed my dreams . I will going to contact with ombudsman and I see what they can do for me .

My score simply hasn’t changed despite having savings, DD, healthy income and all payments upto date, this outfit still has me scoring low for no reason whatsoever. They should be held accountable for sharing false information.

Totally inaccurate report as my credit file got mixed up with someone else
Raised the issue September 2020 when I realised the issue, wrote to Equifax,Experian and Transunion; Equifax and Experian acted swiftly and amended my credit report but Transunion Suppressed the information as they “claim” they didn’t get a reply from Lowell who put the inaccurate information on my credit report! I contacted Transunion 16th of June 2021 to make a complaint as this has caused me to Loss a mortgage/ money paid for valuation/ broker/ Solicitor’s fee, they decided to make the information visible on my credit report and told me to get in touch with Lowell which I did. Investigation took another 8weeks on both sides. Which was initially done by Lowell September 2020. Making Experian and Equifax acted swiftly on it.
Transunion got back to say , Lowell is still investigating after 8weeks not in any way taking responsibility of the mix up
I got the report of the investigation from Lowell, who informed me Transunion created the Link and what they need to do is Disassociate me from the Link as they can’t do anything about it as I am not the Customer they are looking for and they didn’t create the link. I informed Transunion and also sent the report to them but was told they have to investigate again and it’s going to take another 28days for dispute team to resolve. Absolutely ridiculous; I have deadline to meet but Transunion are not bothered, Teams appears incompetent, you have to keep explaining to whoever picks the phone and all saying different things every time.
It took Transunion just a day to make the information suppressed by them September 2020 visible again when I made a complaint 16th June 2021 and now to remove the inaccurate information it’s going to take another 28days after the initial 8weeks investigation
Transunion Company is totally unprofessional and unhelpful

Absolutely useless mixed someone else’s credit information up with mine not only have they given me someone else’s personal information but now after phone calls and emails sent to them to which I have not had a reply I can’t get it removed from my file
