Complete wrong information on report taken months to try and sort out and still no joy total joke of a company

Transunion is a joke, 4 times I tried to contact to get my electoral roll information sorted but still no one can do it but instead they leave a unsuccessful dispute on my report, both other credit agencies updated my information automatically then there transunion that give you a bad file instead of getting things sorted!

The address registered for my name was wrong from the start, which led to me and the lender being unable to access my record. Calling them was completely useless as they said I could receive my record via mail which would take up to 15 days by the time they read the request. My mortgage application was thus rejected due to having an "adverse credit report" when I actually have no negative event to report. Really upset to not being able to buy a house because of administrative reasons independent of my will.

Totally inaccurate information for both myself and my wife, surely lenders don’t use a company this bad !!!!

Lowered my score for no reason, not missed any payments or been late on them, credit card is always kept low, and using other sites for my credit score shows way more useful information. Don't bother with these guys.

The only Credit reference agency not to comply to FCA regulations and up date the electroll roll information correctly , failings in communication and blame Lewes District Council when Lewes District Council have uploaded details several occasions , Now admitted a technical issue however still failed to maintain correct records, Many Complaints against this firm

"Unprofessional is an understatement"

Unprofessional is an understatement. I've written to them almost 2 months ago, to have them amend my credit file as it doesn't show me as being registered on the electoral roll. Today they wrote back to me letting me know they lost my correspondence (all on email), and asking me to send it again on their email. This is beyond infuriating, childish, amateurish and disappointing. I wish I didn't have to deal with them as I've never met such unprepared bunch of clowns. 1 star is too much for them.

Inaccurate information. I have raised a dispute and gave all required information to confirm the basic information on my file.
Not even a reply from them in months!!

No problems at all with other credit reference agencies, accurate, up to date info. Responsive and helpful if ever needed.
