Gave a 1 star as I can’t give zero, am not going to write a long review as all the other reviews sum up this absolute joke of a company. How the hell they are allowed to operate and control peoples credit scores is beyond me, there’s no one to speak too, you have to wait at least 28 days for a response to an email and when they do respond it’s utter garbage. You will just go round in circles and nothing will get resolved. Where is this company based? Might as well be North Korea, so I ask again, how in today’s day an age is a company like this able to have complete control over people’s credit files??? And why would big established companies use them??? lol

They ruined my credit score putting incorrect data and couldn't change it for several months.

comedy number generator that is only used to sell you credit products. Lenders have no access to it. Ignore numbers it kicks out they need to come clean about their market practices, maybe a class action lawsuit in the UK would clean up their act, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER PAY FOR THE SERVICE OF ANY CREDIT AGENCY

Why do I have to give Transunion a star, they deserve none. They seems to be nothing but a hurry come up rougue company that looking for stripes/fame. Why the hell reputable businesses deals with them? I am disgusted with them and would give them zero star. They may be great abusers of power. I am totally disgusted with them. I want to have absolute 💯 nothing to do with them!

This company should be investigated at the highest level for major fraudulent activities. It would appear that they buy from various sources and countries judgmental information and advice then act upon it l for 1 of the numerous people involved will be seeking both damages and compensation.

What a bunch of illiterate unschooled idiots. A message Sent to them from weeks ago still showing I am not on the electoral role that I have been on for over 5 years, even after providing evidence! Trying to give advice and blaming NatWest as they clearly are unable to understand. I only used tranunion as it’s free with the NatWest app, but it’s inaccurate information which they cannot manage to update, illiterate emails from Lucy from ‘consumer services’ and others; and very poor management and customer relations.
Avoid and don’t waste your time or money.

The information held on my credit file isn't even close to accurate. There is information for addresses from someone who has the same name as me & more being added all the time. They are almost impossible to contact unless by mail as the website is poor.

Transunion are an absolute waste of space. The score is utter nonsense as well and not up to date. They tell me I'm using over 50% of my credit limit across the board, which I am most definitely not, which in turn continues to push my score down. No amount of reasoning seems to help, and these robotic algorithms/processes they employ are drivel. My score with the 3 other major credit report providers are all very good. They're just incompetent sadly. Best part of 400 reviews saying they are too, so they have no defence. Garbage

Used by Natwest, but information is always incorrect.
Cleared a credit agreement 6 weeks ago and still showing i have a credit bill. When disputed blamed the credit company, contacted them and they said it was Transunion fault for inaccurate information
