Changed booking with no problems. Had a few companies with higher prices Homefaire was a good price. Ciaran was a lovely lad, polite cleaned up after himself. Felt comfortable with him in my house don't normally like strangers however had a lovely chat with him think he should a golden handshake or hundred pounds back hander off manager. Deffo recommend really because Ciaran.

On installation day, the fitter consistently updated me and was polite, courteous, and respectful. He installed my blinds flawlessly and left no mess behind. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism. Overall, he did an outstanding job!

Would have gave 5 stars as I’m extremely happy with the blinds once they had eventually been fitted. Initially installation was scheduled for the beginning of December however due to issues from supplier they did not arrive as expected. We were promised installation before Christmas and this did not happen. No updates from admin staff on a proposed new fitting date unless I contacted them. Eventually arranged new date which due to other commitments happened yesterday. I have to say that the guy who measured up was brilliant as were the guys who fitted them and they look fantastic, the loss of one star is purely down to issues over original fitting date and is purely down to lack of communication from the customer service team who unfortunately were not forthcoming with updates. This doesn’t mean that I would not use Homfair again as compared to other companies used I am eventually overall happy with the end product and cannot fault the guys who measure up and fit.

Can’t rate this company high enough. I have ordered many blinds from this company and their professionalism and customer service is second to none. Good quality blinds at competitive prices. All the staff are brilliant from beginning to end.

Visiting the shop in Chester-le-Street - Excellent Service.
The gentleman coming to measure up and give advice - Excellent service.
The fitter fitting the blinds - Excellent service.
However, when I rang the main office to make an enquiry regarding the blinds being fitted, I spoke to a woman who was extremely rude and offhand, very unpleasant to deal with and she eventually hung up on me when I questioned her attitude. Because of this lady, I would not recommend this company, which is a shame as all other aspects of service was very good.

"Looks a mess, dozens of screws visible "

Brackets that hold up the curtain rail look a mess. 8 in total and each has three screws visible, makes the finish look quite cheap. Install was ok and the actual curtain is nice but overall it is spoilt by the cheap looking brackets and dozens of visible screws. Won’t be going back.
