"Bed Bug"

Stop copying your reply from another of your Google review. For you to say bed bugs is minor issue is disgusting. Send me the report that you have done a check on room 111 after I have left. Stop lying just to cover up a flow. I did not say anything as we had to leave the hotel on check out and judging from your previous reply I don't think you would have believed me anyway. I stayed here on 2 visit, may be your standard dropped. Never seen a business that replies to customers like this, I didn't stay for there for free. Bunch of scumbags running a hotel.

"Piacevole soggiorno"

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti presso questo hotel. Esperienza decisamente positiva. Camera spaziosa, pulita e ordinata tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani. Letti confortevoli come anche la culla per il bimbo. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Location a poche fermate dalla stazione di Sloterlijk e a 30 minuti dal centro di Amsterdam (con bus che passano ogni 5-10 minuti). Consigliatissimo!

The staff were friendly, the room was really modern and spacious and I found that the location was great too, though a little out of the way. I would stay here again!

They have beg bugs and roaches I could not stay here had to leave early because of this. The bed bugs bit my body all over and they are refusing a refund. Do not stay here

The coffeemachine did not work, and the reception is dark, cold and I did expect to have a drink, which is not possible. Could have known this maybe. Nevermind, nice bar 400 meter walk.

"Comfortable hotel"

The best thing I love most about the hotel is its wide array of food selection for breakfast.

The rooms are spacious including the bathroom and closet. They're one step ahead in providing guest needs to make the stay comfortable: stationery, pen, refrigerator, coffeemaker, cups, teaspoons, disposable glasses, tv with English channels and most of all a stable wifi.

Also it's a few minutes walk to the train station and nearby restaurants.

There's only one thing missing which hotels in our country usually provide: slippers.

Modernes Hotel mit guter Entfernung zur Metro.
Das Frühstück hat alles geboten was man sich erhofft hat.
Zimmer und Bad modern eingerichtet.
Netter Service am Empfang,auch zu späterer Stunde.
Falls nochmals Amsterdam:Dann wird wieder hier gebucht.
