We booked 1 night. We have had a free upgrade. We didnt ask for it. First time very friendly reception. We wanted to stay 1 more night extra, we called to reception to ask if it’s possible to book 1 more night extra. VERY u friendly receptionist! We couldnt stay in the same room because the hotel was “fully booked”. On the website we saw that there was avaibility. Btw, the extra night was from sunday on monday!! => “fully booked” on sunday …. Anyway, the receptionist /“ manager “ was very unfriendly, zero service. He even said he’s the hotel manager. But I searched on Linkedin, he’s not. I will not book this hotel again. The bed also terrible quality. At the end I just booked 1 more night extra online. I think the reception didnt wanted to work or put any effords in guest service.

"Very nice hotel with cosy rooms and…"

Very nice hotel with cosy rooms and good facilities. Gym is small but has cross trainer, rower, treadmill and a number of weights. Location isn’t ideal but has public transportation is 10 mins away. I would stay here again as it’s very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

"Comfortable"

Comfortable, new and clean room. Staff is very helpful. Convenience with supermarket near by and tram.
Just one small comment that no vanity kits adding on the second night onwards.

"Veldig god seng"

Veldig god seng, store rom og bad med badekar. Det er is-maskin utenfor heisen, som passer til drikken for by-tur. Trikken til byen ligger 3-kvartaler unna hotellet, da får man mulighet til å se mere av Amsterdam. Dette hotellet er helt fantastisk, i forhold til hva du betaler.

"Remote control"

The reception and the restaurante staff are very kind and professional. I was a bit disappointed because in my room there wasn't the TV remote control and no recovery action was taken as it was too late in the evening (22.30).

"Okay, aber ausbaufähig"

Wir waren Anfang Oktober mit einer 7er Gruppe wegen eines Konzertes in Amsterdam und haben uns im Hotel Levell untergebracht. Die Erfahrung mit dem Hotel war recht durchwachsen.

Positiv:
Das Hotel ist gut angebunden, so dass man mittels der Metro binnen kürzester Zeit ins Stadtzentrum gelangen kann. Das Personal selbst war sehr freundlich.

Negativ:
Leider haben die negativen Punkte hier überwogen. Angefangen hat alles damit, dass man im Nebengebäude untergebracht wurde. Das Nebengebäude wird aktuell saniert, wodurch das Gebäude einer Baustelle gleicht. Auch die Möbel waren abgenutzt, so dass sich am Kopfteil des Bettes bereits teilweise das Kunstleder abgelöst hat.

Die Sauberkeit war je nach Zimmer dürftig. Teilweise waren Spinnweben, fleckige Handtücher oder Haare auf dem Bett vorzufinden. Ebenso hat ein Handtuch für die Hände auf unserem Zimmer gefehlt.

Das Frühstück ist höchstens Mittelmaß. Bei 15€ p.P. sollte ein Gast neben Kaffee auch frischen Kakao erwarten können. Leider negativ, es gibt lediglich Kakaopulver welches mit heißem Wasser aufgegossen wird.

Als Abschluss ging in unserer letzten Nacht der Feueralarm los. Seitens des Hotel folgte weder eine ernstgemeinte Entschuldigung noch eine Entschädigung.
