L'automatizzazione e semplicità delle procedure check-in e check-out, disponibili in tutte le lingue.
Al check-in viene consegnata anche una ricevuta con un qr code dal quale poter leggere tutte le informazioni utili per la camera, per richiedere assistenza/servizi medici/pulizie ecc La cortesia del personale che comunque è sempre a disposizione in reception (non è vero che il personale è assente, basta chiedere se si hanno necessità)
Mi è piaciuto anche il quadro in camera per scegliere se si volessero o meno le pulizie giornaliere o se non si volesse essere disturbati
Le pulizie, personalmente, le abbiamo selezionate ogni giorno e puntualmente sono state fatte (compreso cambio asciugamani a ogni pulizia e refill di prodotti bagno, caffè, the, tazze e
zucchero)
Abbiamo amato la posizione per la vicinanza a diverse fermate tra bus, tram e collegamento diretta col bus 369 per/da
aeroporto di Schipol
Con i mezzi si arriva in 20 min alla Central Station, in 10 min a Leidesplein e dalle fermate vicine si arriva praticamente
ovunque
Inoltre, a 10 min di bus/tram c'è anche una stazione dei treni dalla quale andare più comodamente anche a visitare i mulini di Zaanse, senza dover andare per forza alla stazione centrale Le pulizie, per essere un 3 stelle, sono assolutamente in linea e soddisfacenti
Non c'è, sulle pulizie o sui materiali, l'attenzione ai dettagli di un 5 stelle ma di fatto non lo è!
Non c'è polvere, assolutamente (l'avrei sentita essendo
soggetto allergico)
Letti comodissimi, stanza grande e spaziosa, bagno spazioso
e in stile moderno, doccia grande, asciugacapelli
In camera ci sono cassaforte, armadio e anche una bella poltroncina
Noi siamo assolutamente soddisfatti e sicuramente ci torneremo!

Hôtel assez bien situé du centre avec le métro.
Pour le prix l’hôtel est bien, mise à part la douche.. on ce douche l’eau coule de tout les cotés de la paroie… le plafond de celle ci s’effrite.
Les travaux juste à côtés de notre chambre nous on surpris le matin.

One of the best hotels in Amsterdam. Great location, easy access to tram, very cosy and clean hotel with very friendly staff ready to assist! Breakfast rocks!!

"Super!"

We verbleven 2 nachten in XO Couture Amsterdam ter gelegenheid van mijn deelname aan de TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2024.
Geweldig mooi hotel, super schone en comfortabele kamer met alles erop en eraan. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de receptie als in het ontbijtrestaurant.
Het hotel had speciaal voor de deelnemers aan de marathon op zondag het ontbijtbuffet vervroegd naar 06:30 uur in plaats van 07:00 uur. Erg attent!
Alleen de gehuurde fietsen zijn nogal sober voor de prijs van €18,00 per fiets per dag, maar dat deed niets af aan ons fantastische verblijf. Op de kamer was zelfs niets te horen van de zeer dichtbij gelegen A10. Top hotel!
We zullen dit hotel in de toekomst vaker gaan bezoeken.

"Do yourself a favour - find a better hotel"

Hotel was very dirty when we arrived. There were hairs on the bed, marks on the headboard, stains on the walls, mould in the shower and the double room we booked was two singles pushed together (very uncomfortable in the middle).

Would really recommend spending slightly more and staying at either the Holiday Inn or Radisson west near Sloterdijk. Excellent transport links around the city, unlike XO Blue Square.

"The Hotel was really good for a short stay"

The Hotel was really ok. It was clean, we had a very nice and big room (we had a 4-person-room because we traveled with our kids) and the bus station was just across the street.
The bus or the train was definitely important. The distance to the centre ist about 5 km.
The breakfast was not what we expected. The breakfast-room was uncomforable (more like a hallway with hospital-lights...). There was enough choice but those things which are normally warm (eggs, bacon,...) were cold. This is pretty disappointing.
There were two things about our room: we had two TV-Sets, one of them didn't work. Therefore it was just consequent that there was just one remote control... which didn't work at first as well but I could fix that. The isolation of the windows was bad. So it was cold as we first came in and it was pretty loud from outside.
All the people in the hotel were friendly and always willing to help.
Summing up all those things, the hotel is good for a short stay.
