grande chambre , belle salle de bain refaite à neuf avec douche italienne , mais la literie est moyenne , moquettes vieilles et tachées c'est dommage ..

Hi,
I dislike that we can't find a soap to clean our hands.
I dislike that we can't find a water fountain as before.
The receptionist dind't pleasant when we arrived.
i was in the hotel 3 years ago (and i gave 5 stars before)

"Three nights stay"

Clean room, option to open the window and shut down AC, heated floors in bathroom, and ironing.

"Easy, clean, convenient!"

Was clean, quiet and super easy to check in and out. They also have a very late check out time which was very nice.
They are right next to a street car station and it was very easy to get to downtown Amsterdam from the hotel. Would gladly stay here again!

"Hotel experience "

Overall my room was clean and tidy but unfortunately there was hair and muck in the bath which remained there my entire stay. On a positive note staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and tidy. If I go to Amsterdam again I would definitely consider staying here again

"The service"

The hotel was great, the layout and location. However the room service was as not great. They didn’t clean the room or change sheets even though we have put the sign of please clean the room

Makkelijk te bereiken hotel via spoor, metro en tram/ bus.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Goede kamers, netjes, goed bed, met prima badkamer, airco/ verwarming , ook een goed gevoel voor ouderen ivm beveiligde lift.
Prima ontbijt.
Snelle. In en uitcheckservice.
Versnaperingen en drank via automaten, geen barservice etc. Niet hinderlijk ; genoeg te eten en te drinken in de directe omgeving.
Bagageopslag.

"Pleasant stay"

The welcome/good bye at the reception was very friendly. The hotel room was clean and silent, i.e. we were not disturbed by other guests. We appreciated that the tram was only 2 minutes to walk from the hotel.
A little point, we did not get shower towels every day.

Per noi la sistemazione presso xo inner hotel è stata perfetta. A due passi dalla piazza dei musei e comodo per arrivare in centro. Alla camera non mancava nulla. Consiglio
