Fantastic value for money and lovely hotel. Right next to the metro 10mins to the centre. Not amazingly comfortable beds but that would be my only negative

"I like the location that’s it"

I like the location. We were given room 38 located on the ground floor, no blacked out curtains and very noisy. Only good thing in that room is the toilet. I asked the reception if he could move us which he did on room 211 which is much better and with blacked out curtains. I didn’t get the name of the of the male receptionist that afternoon but he is very helpful and considerate. Toiletries is provided but never replaced as well as the tea and coffee. I have to asked for spare tea and coffee. Also the room maid didn’t provide a bath mat. Cleanliness is lacking I have to clean the coffee maker myself. The room is never cleaned either. Only 3 clothes hanger is provided. The church bell is constantly ringing.

"Great rooms for families "

This hotel is just perfect for a Trip to Amsterdam. We stayed in a Familyroom with four beds. The location is a bit outside of the citycentre. But there‘s am Tramstation nearby and riding the bike only takes about 15‘.

"Restaurant staff were great"

Restaurant staff were great. The beer was great. The mouse in the reception area was not great. The bed was really comfy. The long hairs on the bathroom floor (not mine) were not so great. The hairs kept me company for the whole of my stay too.
